    摘要: A bandgap reference circuit is provided and which includes an operating voltage, a current mirror, a first p-channel metal-oxide semiconductor (PMOS) transistor and an amplifier. The current mirror is coupled to the operating voltage. The first PMOS transistor is coupled to the operating voltage and the current mirror. The amplifier is coupled to the current mirror and the first PMOS transistor. When the bandgap reference circuit is activated, the operating voltage starts to supply voltage such that the first PMOS transistor is turned on first. When the operating voltage is higher than a preset voltage level, the first PMOS transistor is turned off, in order to complete an start-up process.

The operational amplifying module has a first input terminal, a second input terminal, and an output terminal The output terminal outputs a single-ended output signal having a level of zero. The level adjusting module has a control node and coupled to the first input terminal and the second input terminal respectively. The level adjusting module receives a first input signal and a second input signal of a pair of differential input signals respectively. The first input signal and the second input signal both have a first level but have inversed phases. The voltage module is coupled to the control node and used to provide a voltage signal having a second level to the control node.

The first differential amplifier generates a differential output signal according to a differential input signal, wherein the differential output signal includes a first output signal and a second output signal. The first buffer generates an audio signal according to the first output signal. The common-mode feedback circuit, the first buffer and the first differential amplifier form a feedback loop, and the audio amplifying device controls a bias state of the first differential amplifier through the feedback loop so as to adjust a DC level of the audio signal to a clamping voltage.
