    摘要: An electrical component has a flexible support element with a non-conductive base layer having conductor paths. The support element has a plurality of terminal regions with contact elements for making electrical connections to further electrical or electronic components. For direct contacting to a second electrical component provided with two slot-shaped contact openings, the flexible support element is folded in at least one terminal region to form two blade-shaped, sufficiently stiff contact elements rising from the support element, so that an electrical connection is achieved by pressing the folded contact elements into the slot-shaped contact openings of the second electrical component.

    摘要: A single phase brushless motor includes a stator and a rotor. The stator includes a stator core and stator windings wound on the stator core. The stator core includes a yoke portion, and first and second pole portions extending inwardly from the yoke portion. An end surface of the first pole portion includes a first arc surface having a first groove. An end surface of the second pole portion includes a second arc surface having a second groove. The first and second arc surfaces are opposed to each other and define a receiving space therebetween. The rotor includes a rotary shaft and permanent magnetic poles fixed to the rotary shaft. The permanent magnetic poles are received in the receiving space. A substantially uniform gap is formed between the first arc surface and the second arc surface and the permanent magnetic poles.

    摘要: A drive mechanism for a medication delivery device includes a motor, a housing, a gear cover, a gear transmission system, a helical transmission system, and a sensor system. The helical transmission system includes a plug, a screw shaft, and a sliding block connecting the plug to the screw shaft. The gear transmission system includes a first gear disposed on an output shaft of the motor and a second gear disposed on one end of the screw shaft. Dual gears interconnect the first and second gears. The motor drives the plug along a linear path by rotating the screw shaft via the gear transmission system, causing the sliding block to move along the screw shaft. The sensor system monitors the driving process. The plug provides the force required to effect the dosing of the medication.

    摘要: A BLDC motor, has a first sub-motor and a second sub-motor. The first and second sub-motors have independent input terminals and a common rotor, including a common output shaft. In a normal operating mode the two sub-motors operate together as one motor to output a normal operating power of the motor. In an emergency operating mode, when one sub-motor has become faulty and generates a braking torque, the normal sub-motor is operated to generate a torque to compensate for the braking torque produced by the faulty sub-motor.
