摘要: A dust cover for a ball joint is made up of a dust cover body made of a rubber elastic material and an annular plate member. In the dust cover body, a reinforcement ring is disposed in a stud mounting part, and an annular step is disposed on the inner peripheral side of the reinforcement ring. The plate member is made up of a plate body and an annular sealing part that is made of a rubber elastic material and is accommodated in the annular step. In the outer periphery of the plate body, a plurality of cut parts are formed, so that outer peripheral petal parts are formed between adjacent cut parts to be capable of being bent so as to be engaged with a knuckle groove.

摘要: A circular annular seal ring made from a resin is adapted to be disposed between an outer member and an inner member that rotate relative to each other. The seal ring is disposed in a circumferential groove of the outer member or the inner member to isolate a liquid space from an external space. The seal ring is formed from an elongated and arcuate rod to define a circle by joining ends of the rod, and has a junction formed from the ends. The seal ring has a radial thickness gradually decreasing from two points that are apart from the junction toward the junction. The points are separated from the junction by an angle of not less than 60 degrees and not more than 150 degrees about a central axis of the circle.

摘要: A hydrogenated NBR composition comprising 30 to 200 parts by weight of titanium oxide and 1 to 8 parts by weight of magnesium oxide, based on 100 parts by weight of hydrogenated NBR. By forming a crosslinked rubber layer of the rubber composition on a metal plate, a gasket material with excellent blister resistance, whose roll kneadability is improved without reducing the rubber strength of hydrogenated NBR, is provided. Moreover, the rubber composition is effective as a rubber raw material for use in soft metal or a high hardness hydrogenated NBR material for which kneading processing is difficult.

摘要: An annular sealing device in a recess in a housing has a movable annular piston; and an annular inner periphery sealing lip adhered to part of a first edge along an inner periphery of the piston and that slides while in contact with the recess. The first edge has a first inner periphery edge with a first thickness; a second inner periphery edge adjoining the first inner periphery edge and with a thinner second thickness; and a third inner periphery edge adjoining the second inner periphery edge and with a thinner yet third thickness. The first, second, and third inner periphery edges are in this order from the outer periphery of the piston. The inner periphery sealing lip is adhered to the third inner periphery edge and part of the second inner periphery edge to cover a step formed by thickness differences between the second and third inner periphery edges.

摘要: A method for manufacturing a hollow fiber membrane wherein a spinning stock solution containing 10 mass % or more and 40 mass % or less of a polysulfone-based resin, 1 mass % or more and 30 mass % or less of polyvinylpyrrolidone, and 1 mass % or more and 80 mass % or less of N,N-dimethylformamide is discharged together with a core liquid from a double-ring nozzle to produce a hollow fiber membrane by dry-wet spinning, and then the hollow fiber membrane is subjected to a dry heat treatment at a temperature of 80° C. or higher and 100° C. or lower for 48 hours or longer and 168 hours or shorter.
