摘要: A hydrogenated NBR composition comprising 30 to 200 parts by weight of titanium oxide and 1 to 8 parts by weight of magnesium oxide, based on 100 parts by weight of hydrogenated NBR. By forming a crosslinked rubber layer of the rubber composition on a metal plate, a gasket material with excellent blister resistance, whose roll kneadability is improved without reducing the rubber strength of hydrogenated NBR, is provided. Moreover, the rubber composition is effective as a rubber raw material for use in soft metal or a high hardness hydrogenated NBR material for which kneading processing is difficult.

摘要: A leather product such as a leather covering for a vehicular part includes a segment of leather with a base coat applied to a hide side and a color coat applied to the base coat to create an intermediate stage leather segment. A foil transfer is embossed into and secured with an adhesive to the intermediate stage leather segment. A top coat is then applied to the foil transfer and a surrounding portion of the intermediate stage leather segment after the foil transfer is secured to complete the leather product. A system and method of making the leather product is also disclosed.

摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet enables a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer to be formed, wherein the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer has a low dielectric constant, is excellent in level difference conformability while maintaining adhesive strength and adhesion reliability at high temperatures, and suitable for laminating a metal mesh film and the like. The pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet of the present invention is a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet having a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer containing an acrylic polymer (A) and a hydrogenated polyolefinic resin (B) that exhibits liquid flowability at 25° C. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer has a dielectric constant at a frequency of 1 MHz of from 2.3 to 3.5. The pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet has a 180° peel adhesive strength to a glass plate at a tensile speed of 300 mm/minute at 65° C. of 6 N/20 mm or more. In the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet, the proportion of the 180° peel adhesive strength to a glass plate at a tensile speed of 300 mm/minute at 65° C. to the 180° peel adhesive strength to a glass plate at a tensile speed of 300 mm/minute at 25° C. (180° peel adhesive strength to a glass plate at a tensile speed of 300 mm/minute at 65° C./180° peel adhesive strength to a glass plate at a tensile speed of 300 mm/minute at 25° C.×100) is 30 or more.

摘要: The disclosed film backing has a multilayer extensible substrate with a securing adhesive that can secure to a surface and a tab to stretch the extensible substrate to remove the securing adhesive from the underlying surface. Stretching the extensible substrate will easily release the adhesive from the underlying surface. Therefore, a strong adhesive can be used. The multilayer extensible substrate includes an elastic layer forming the core adjacent to a plastically-deforming layers forming the skin to minimize the elasticity of the overall construction.
