摘要: When a current-driven display device with an internal compensation method operates in a pause driving mode, a non-light emission period according to a light emission duty is provided in both a refresh frame period and a non-refresh frame period, and an on-bias applying period for applying on-bias to a drive transistor in a pixel circuit is provided in both the non-light emission periods. In the non-light emission period in the refresh frame period, an on-bias applying period is provided in a period from when data writing with threshold compensation is performed to when the light emission period starts. Thus, even when the light emission duty is low, the difference in the stress state of the drive transistor between the refresh frame period and the non-refresh frame period is reduced.

摘要: A liquid crystal display apparatus includes a TFT substrate including first and second gate bus lines, source bus lines, and pixels and a liquid crystal layer. The pixel includes a pixel electrode, a common electrode, an auxiliary electrode, and first to third TFTs. The gates of the first and second TFTs are connected to one of the first and second gate bus lines, and the drains are connected to the pixel electrode and the auxiliary electrode, respectively. The gate of the third TFT is connected to the other of the first and second gate bus lines, and the source and drain of the third TFT are connected to the pixel electrode and the auxiliary electrode, respectively. Gate signals are applied to the first and second gate bus lines so that the TFTs connected to the first and second gate bus lines are turned on at different points in time.

摘要: Provided is a liquid crystal display device that can switch between the privacy mode and the public mode and achieve a high contrast ratio even during display in the privacy mode. The liquid crystal display panel includes: a liquid crystal panel; and a control circuit. The active matrix substrate sequentially includes a first substrate, a first electrode, a first insulating layer, and second electrodes each including a first linear electrode. The color filter substrate includes a second substrate, a black matrix, a color filter layer, a third electrode, and a fourth electrode which is disposed between the black matrix and the third electrode and to which constant voltage is applied. The third electrode includes second linear electrodes and overlaps a portion of the black matrix in a plan view. The control circuit switches between application of driving voltage and application of constant voltage to the third electrode.

The light blocking component includes a bump with an inclined surface. The insulating film includes a dent with an inclined surface. The placing of the micro-LED chip includes electrically connecting the first contact electrode to the second contact electrode by making the bump of the light blocking component opposite to the dent of the insulating film.
