Abstract: The smart HVAC manifold system for servicing air conditioning systems is designed to dynamically manage the data acquisition process and to measure and calculate the performance indicators and output as the load conditions and or equipment operation change taking into account variables in the installation that can impact performance. Both visually and by a very specific data set the performance of the equipment and the installation can quickly be assessed and specific problems identified along with suggestions of typical faults or problems that may need addressed by the technician.The smart HVAC manifold system provides a means of quickly and electronically handling the manual data acquisition process which would include component and or system model and serial numbers, equipment location (GPS tagging), customer name, environmental conditions that effect performance and performance measurement (weather data and elevation), and supports photo, voice and text documentation. These features streamline data acquisition, allow remote support, and minimizing transcription errors and preventing data-gaming when servicing equipment, commissioning or retro commissioning the system.

Abstract: A plier type stripper tool is provide for stripping sheathed cable of the type having a three spaced insulated power conducting wires, a ground wire disposed among the insulated wires and a sheath surrounding the wires. In one embodiment, the stripper tool includes a pair of levers having jaw, boss and handle portions. The stripper tool may further include a pivot joining the boss portions to enable relative movement of the levers about the pivot between open and closed portions. The jaw portions each have blade sections for coactively circumferentially cutting a cable sheath when the levers are moved from the open to the closed position. Each blade section has a set of three aligned cutting parts of a cutting edge, including a first cutting part disposed at an acute angle with respect to a longitudinal axis of the tool, a second cutting part disposed at an acute angle with respect to the longitudinal axis of the tool, and an arcuate cutting part disposed between the first cutting part and the second cutting part.

Abstract: The present invention is a hand-held stripping tool. The tool is adapted for cutting an outer sheath of a first electrical cable. Inside the sheath is parallel spaced apart insulation covered wires and a core member containing an uncovered ground wire between the insulation covered wires. The sheath has spaced apart curved sides conforming to the covered wires. The tool has spaced apart first and second jaw members adapted to be pressed together. The jaw members have cutting edges that receive a portion of the first cable along its length. The cutting edges define an opening configured to cut the sheath and the core without significantly cutting the insulation on the wires or the unsheathed ground wire when the jaw members are pressed together to form the opening. The portion of the sheath is then removed in one continuous process.

Abstract: A tube bender comprising a mandrel, a forming member connected to the mandrel for coaction with the mandrel to effectuate bending of a tube wherein the forming member has at least two bending positions defined thereon, a handle pivotally connected to said forming member, and a release member movable relative to said handle and configured to be secured in a locked position relative to said forming member when said handle is selectively moved to any of one said at least two bending positions thereby preventing relative movement between said handle and said forming member. Abstract: A tool for cutting a hose to length and for inserting a fitting into the end of a hose is provided. The tool includes a base which mounts a slide member for reciprocal movement therealong.
