摘要: A computer includes a processor and a memory, and the memory stores instructions executable by the processor to generate an observed overhead feature map from an overhead image of a geographic area; generate a ground-view feature map from a ground-view image captured by a camera within the geographic area, the camera oriented at least partially horizontally while capturing the ground-view image; project the ground-view feature map to an overhead view based on a geometric relationship, resulting in a projected overhead feature map; determine a rotation of the camera relative to the overhead image based on the projected overhead feature map and the observed overhead feature map; and determine a translation of the camera relative to the overhead image based on the projected overhead feature map and the observed overhead feature map.

摘要: A frequency conversion device, including a source of a pump beam of electromagnetic radiation of a first wavelength, and an array of mutually spaced semiconductor islands including at least one III-V semiconductor compound and configured so that the pump beam of electromagnetic radiation of the first wavelength incident upon the semiconductor islands and electromagnetic radiation of a second wavelength incident upon the semiconductor islands cause the semiconductor islands to emit electromagnetic radiation of a third wavelength different to the first and second wavelengths by at least one of a sum frequency generation process and a difference frequency generation process, wherein the semiconductor islands are supported by a transparent support such that the support is substantially transparent to radiation of the third wavelength, wherein at least the radiation of the third wavelength passes through the transparent support.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a method (500) comprising receiving (510) images (e.g., 125A to 125G) of an object (110), the images (e.g., 125A to 125G) comprising first and second images. The method (500) then determines (530) feature points (810, 820) of the object (110) using the first images and determines (530, 540, 550) a three-dimensional reconstruction of a scene having the object (110). The method (500) then proceeds with aligning (560) the three-dimensional reconstruction with a three-dimensional mesh model of the object (110). The alignment can then be used to map (570) pixel values of pixels of the second images onto the three-dimensional mesh model. The directional radiosity of each mesh element of the three-dimensional mesh model can then be determined (580) and the hemispherical radiosity of the object (110) is determined (590) based on the determined directional radiosity.

摘要: The invention relates to a radiolabelled material comprising a polymer, a radioactive isotope, and an immobilizing agent, wherein the immobilizing agent is capable of immobilizing the radioactive isotope on or in the polymer, and wherein the immobilizing agent is a macromolecule comprising electron donating groups. The invention also relates to a process for making a radiolabelled material, to use of a radiolabelled material for the preparation of medicaments for treating cancer and/or for radiation imaging, and to use of a radiolabelled material in the treatment of cancer. There is further described use of an immobilizing agent to immobilize a radioactive isotope on or in a polymer.

摘要: A method for assessing the function of at least one sensory field of a subject, and apparatus and systems for carrying out the method, the method comprising: using a display, presenting stimuli to selected locations of the sensory field, the selected locations being centered at points on a sampling grid spanning a portion of the sensory field, wherein the individual stimuli if presented simultaneously at the sampling grid points would overlap in the space defined by the sensory dimensions of the field; using a sensor, detecting responses in the subject's sensory field evoked by the stimuli; and processing the detected responses to relate them to the function of the subject's sensory field at the selected locations.

摘要: An optical parametric generator comprises a seed laser feeding an optical system. The seed laser is arranged to provide a seed beam at either a signal frequency of a signal wave or an idler frequency of an idler wave. Further, the optical parametric generator comprises a pump laser of a defined type feeding the optical system. The pump laser emits ultra-short optical pulses as a pump wave. In addition, the optical parametric generator comprises a second order non-linear crystal of a defined type arranged in the optical system. The defined type of the crystal and the defined type of the pump laser are selected so that the signal wave or the idler wave are locked in an edge of the pump wave.
