摘要: A portable display apparatus for beverage aeration includes a floating compartment, an aerating system, a battery, a chipset, a visual display system, and a power button. The floating compartment includes a first half and a second half as the first half and the second half are hermetically connected to each other. The aerating system includes a pump, at least one inlet port, and a plurality of outlet ports. The pump is mounted within the floating compartment. The inlet port is integrated into the first half. The plurality of outlet ports is integrated into the first half and the second half. The inlet port is in fluid communication with the plurality of outlet ports through the pump. The battery and the chipset are mounted within the floating compartment. The visual display system is mounted onto the floating compartment.

A stopper body may have a carrier member and lip engagement member arranged for sliding movement relative to each other and relative to the stopper body. The lip engagement member may be arranged to engage with a lip of a container neck, and be resiliently biased to move toward the carrier member to provide a seal-forming force on a sealing surface of the stopper body. The stopper may be arranged to introduce gas into the container, e.g., to re-pressurize the container to keep a carbonation level of beverage during storage.

摘要: A hollow expansion chamber of the present invention is configured to temporarily contain an expansion of bubbles during an aeration process for aerating a liquid, where a chamber body of the expansion chamber has a rounded shape. When moving circumferentially downward along the chamber body starting from a maximum inside diameter, the rounded shape of a bottom portion has a first integral transition that is a tangential transition to a first frustoconical shape. Continuing moving circumferentially downward, the first frustoconical shape has a second integral transition to a second frustoconical shape. The second frustoconical shape at a distal end has a bottom opening configured to fit within an opened bottleneck. The first frustoconical shape may have a minimum angle of 5 degrees relative to a horizontal plane. The second integral transition may be a radial second integral transition having an inside surface radius of at least 0.25 inches.

摘要: A carbonation machine may include a carbonation head, a holder that is configured to hold a gas canister, the holder comprising a connector with a socket configured to enable linear insertion of a valve of the canister into the socket, the socket including a seal with at least one lateral opening to enable fluidic flow between one or more laterally oriented ports of the valve and a conduit of the holder while preventing leakage of gas from the fluidic flow, and a holding mechanism configured to hold a lateral projection from the canister after insertion of the valve into the socket such that the valve remains in the socket, and an activation mechanism configured to operate the valve to release the gas from the canister when inserted into the socket so as to enable the gas to flow via the conduit to the carbonation head.
