摘要： A mixer for combining food constituents into a homogeneous mass includes an eccentric drive mounted on a mixing head of the mixer, where the eccentric drive is configured to rotate around a central axis of a mixing area and rotate an offset rotational axis of a drive shaft in an orbit about the central axis of the mixing area. An angled beater attachment for the mixer further includes a top mounting portion operably coupled to the drive shaft of the stand mixer, a bottom beater portion disposed above the mixing area, and a beater support member operably coupled with a support shaft of the bottom beater portion. The bottom beater portion is driven by the drive shaft about an angled rotational axis that extends at an acute angle relative to the central axis of the mixing area.

摘要： Provided is a continuous stirred tank reactor for an aldol condensation reaction and an apparatus for an aldol condensation reaction including the same, which prevent a decrease in a conversion rate due to dead zone occurrence even in the case of an increase of an installation scale, have a high output, have a significantly increased reaction surface area during the reaction, suppress layer separation between an aqueous phase and an organic phase, and have a significantly decreased average particle diameter of organic layer particles dispersed in the aqueous phase and a significantly decreased deviation thereof. In addition, a content of the catalyst used per unit yield may be significantly decreased as compared with the conventional reactor and apparatus, and costs required for wastewater treatment may be significantly reduced as compared with the conventional reactor and apparatus.

摘要： A bowl assembly for a base driven appliance, the base driven appliance providing a primary drive coupling for the accessory assembly. The accessory assembly including: a bowl element that defines a reservoir; and a gear-box element having a secondary drive coupling and a secondary driven coupling. The bowl element defines a lower recess that removably receives the gear-box element, such that the primary drive coupling can engage the secondary driven coupling when the bowl assembly is supported by the base driven appliance. The secondary driven coupling is couplable to an accessory element that is operated within the reservoir, and such that the accessory element is operable by rotation of the primary drive coupling.
