摘要: A method of coating particles includes dispensing particles into a vacuum chamber to form a particle bed in at least a lower portion of the chamber that forms a half-cylinder, evacuating the chamber through a vacuum port in an upper portion of the chamber, rotating a paddle assembly such that a plurality of paddles orbit a drive shaft to stir the particles in the particle bed, injecting a reactant or precursor gas through a plurality of channels into the lower portion of the chamber as the paddle assembly rotates to coat the particles, and injecting the reactant or precursor gas or a purge gas through the plurality of channels at a sufficiently high velocity such that the reactant or precursor a purge gas de-agglomerates particles in the particle bed.

摘要: A foam production method includes mixing liquid nitrogen with a foaming material to produce foam. A gas is produced in situ from liquid nitrogen. As the ratio of the volume of the gas produced by gasification of liquid nitrogen to the volume of the liquid nitrogen is relatively high, when a large gas supply flow is needed to generate a large foam flow, a liquid nitrogen storage device of a small volume can be used instead of bulky air supply devices such as high-pressure gas cylinders, air compressors, air compressor sets and the like, reducing the volume of the air supply device. In addition, the liquid nitrogen used in foaming will release nitrogen gas after the foam blast, such that the nitrogen is also able to inhibit combustion on the surface of burning materials, accelerating the extinguishing of the fire.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to the technical field of ferric phosphate, in particular to a process and a system for preparing ferric phosphate by mixing and stirring in a reactor with external circulation. Disclosed is a process for preparing ferric phosphate by mixing and stirring in a reactor with external circulation, comprising the following steps: adding a ferric salt solution, a monoammonium phosphate solution, and a protective agent into the reactor, and subjecting the resulting mixed liquid to a preliminary reaction at 90-100° C.; after the completion of the preliminary reaction, carrying out an external circulation reaction at 85-90° C. The process described in the present disclosure has a high reaction speed, and the obtained ferric phosphate has a high yield and low content of impurity in the ferric phosphate.

摘要: Reducing blinking pixels in a display includes detecting a first timing of activation of one or more emissive elements of the display, detecting a second timing of sensing pulses from a sensor arranged to detect radiation transmitted through the display, determining, based on the first timing and the second timing, a synchronized timing that staggers the activation of the one or more emissive elements of the display and the sensing pulses from the sensor, and dynamically altering, based on the determined synchronized timing, a subsequent timing of the sensing pulses from the sensor to reduce blinking of at least some of the pixels compared to blinking associated with the synchronized timing.

摘要: A manual mixer serves to facilitate mixing and agitating materials for use during surgery. The manual mixer includes a mixing assembly and an actuation assembly for actuating the mixing assembly. The mixing assembly includes at least a paddle portion and a plunger portion. The plunger portion is simultaneously capable of rotational movement with the paddle portion and movement upwardly or downwardly along the paddle portion. Rotation of the paddle portion serves to facilitate mixing and agitating of the materials, and downward movement of the plunger portion serves to facilitate dispensing of the materials from the manual mixer.

A method for the preparation of sodium carbonate by means of the carbonator reactor by capturing CO2 in an NaOH aqueous solution, directly on the free surface of the liquid phase.

According to the invention, the at least one pulverulent solid component is introduced into the mixing trough, the at least one liquid mixed with the at least one pulverulent solid component is induced to flow by the rotatingly driven mixing rotor and is discharged from the mixing trough through the outlet opening, wherein the mixture is led back again for a certain time via a backflow line into an upper region of the mixing trough for further mixing and, after a desired mixing state has been attained, the mixture is discharged as a finished slurry from the outlet opening by means of a discharge line.
According to the invention, it is provided that air is incorporated into the at least one liquid and/or the mixture in a targeted manner in a finely dispersed form, wherein a relative density of the liquid, or of the mixture, is reduced.
