摘要: An apparatus for producing protein breakdown on meat material is disclosed. The apparatus comprises at least one tool configured for producing protein breakdown on meat material. The tool forms a mixing chamber for meat material. The mixing chamber has opposite chamber walls rotatable relative to each other for controlling forces exerted on meat material therebetween. A method for producing protein breakdown on meat material and a meat production plant including at least one apparatus are further disclosed.

摘要: Disclosed is an electric stirring cup, where one end of a hollow cup body is connected with a cup cover through threaded connection; one end of the hollow cup body far from the cup cover is connected with a base; a connecting end is integrally formed on the base; an inner wall of the one end of the hollow cup body far from the cup cover forms a connecting cavity, the connecting cavity is in threaded connection with the connecting end; a stirring mechanism is installed in the base; and a drinking mechanism is installed on the cup cover. A drink that needs to be stirred is poured in, and after being directly stirred and mixed through the stirring mechanism, the drink may be consumed after the cup cover is unscrewed, whereby the electric stirring cup is easy to use. The hollow cup cavity and the stirring mechanism may be directly cleaned after disassembling the base, whereby the electric stirring cup is easy to clean.

摘要: The present invention provides a method and system for providing on-site electrical power to a fracturing operation, and an electrically powered fracturing system. Natural gas can be used to drive a turbine generator in the production of electrical power. A scalable, electrically powered fracturing fleet is provided to pump fluids for the fracturing operation, obviating the need for a constant supply of diesel fuel to the site and reducing the site footprint and infrastructure required for the fracturing operation, when compared with conventional systems. The treatment fluid can comprise a water-based fracturing fluid or a waterless liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) fracturing fluid.

摘要: Embodiments relate to a hydraulic fracturing system that includes a blender unit. The system includes an auger and hopper assembly to receive proppant from a proppant source and feed the proppant to the blender unit for mixing with a fluid. A first power source is used to power the blender unit in order to mix the proppant with the fluid and prepare a fracturing slurry. A second power source independently powers the auger and hopper assembly in order to align the hopper of the auger and hopper assembly with a proppant feed from the proppant source. Thus, the auger and hopper assembly can be stowed or deployed without use of the first power source, which is the main power supply to the blender unit.

摘要: An exhaust aftertreatment system for an internal combustion engine includes an outer casing defining an exhaust flow path for exhaust gases from the internal combustion engine, a selective catalytic reduction unit provided in the exhaust flow path for reducing nitrogen oxides, a urea dosing device for adding urea to the exhaust flow upstream of the selective catalytic reduction unit, and a rotatable mixer device for mixing the urea with exhaust gases upstream of the selective catalytic reduction unit. The exhaust aftertreatment system further comprises an air inlet valve provided upstream of the mixer device for introducing air into the exhaust flow path, and an electric motor arranged for rotating the mixer device to create a suction of air into the exhaust flow path via the air inlet valve.

摘要: The present disclosure discloses a preparation method of hydrosol solution, which includes: classifying total materials required for preparation of the hydrosol solution according to material properties, and allocating the classified materials to each feeding station of a hydrosol solution preparation system according to the material properties; turning on a heating system of the hydrosol solution preparation system to preheat a processing pipeline of a mixing and shearing device to make the temperature inside the processing pipeline meet processing requirements of the hydrosol solution; calculating and setting a flow rate of materials entering the processing pipeline for each material property; and starting the mixing and shearing device, synchronously opening the feeding stations, transporting each material to the processing pipeline according to the set flow rate, and simultaneously mixing and shearing all the materials by a first screw in the processing pipeline to obtain a homogeneous hydrosol solution.
