摘要: A method for manufacturing slurry for an insulation protective layer of a rechargeable battery includes obtaining an insulation material calibration curve showing a relationship between particle size and compressibility of an insulation material using sets of particle size and compressibility of the insulation material, obtaining a binder calibration curve showing a relationship between particle size and compressibility of a binder using sets of particle size and compressibility of the binder, measuring particle sizes of the insulation material and the binder loaded, determining an optimal mixture weight ratio with reference to the curves so that compressibility of mixture powder of the insulation material and the binder equals a set compressibility based on the measured particle sizes, mixing the insulation material and the binder at the determined mixture weight ratio to form mixture powder, loading the mixture powder into a powder dispenser, and adding a solvent to the mixture powder.

For example, a method can comprise: transporting, using a bleach dilution and delivery vehicle, sodium hypochlorite from a first location to a second location, mixing, using the bleach dilution and delivery vehicle, water from the second location and sodium hypochlorite from the bleach dilution and delivery vehicle to a defined strength, resulting in a diluted mix, and dispensing, using the bleach dilution and delivery vehicle, the diluted mix to the second location.

摘要: The present invention relates to a production system for manufacturing of formulations, comprising a unit (1). The unit (1) includes a subunit (1.1) which includes a combination of a process mixer and a buffer tank, means of feeding defined amounts of feedstocks into the process mixer, a measurement unit for ascertaining properties of a part-batch of a formulation manufactured in the process mixer, an evaluation unit for determining a deviation of properties of the part-batches manufactured in the process mixer from the properties of a predefined target state, and a unit for adjusting the feed of feedstocks in view of the deviations. The present invention also relates to a process for manufacturing formulations.

摘要: The system, in one aspect, includes a first bulk storage container for holding a first bulk dry flowable material having a first dispensing assembly coupled with a first outlet, and a second bulk storage container for holding a second bulk dry flowable material having a second dispensing assembly coupled with the second outlet. The system, in one aspect, may further include a mixed storage vessel, as well as a controller in communication with the first dispensing assembly and the second dispensing assembly, the controller programmed to cause the first dispensing assembly to discharge the first amount of the first dry flowable material to the mixed storage vessel and cause the second dispensing assembly to discharge the second amount of the second dry flowable material to the mixed storage vessel over a comparable time period based upon weight based readings the controller receives from first and second load cells.

摘要: A volatiles consuming eductor system for coated scrap metal furnaces with separate delacquering and melt chambers. Motive gas is forced through an inlet into a mixing chamber in a direction opposite a suction port, creating a Venturi that draws gases from the delaquering chamber through the mixing chamber. The motive gas and the drawn gases mix and are forced through a discharge port, ignited, and injected into the melt chamber to help heat the melt chamber. A computer monitors process conditions and controls a regulator that adjusts the motive gas flow in response to those conditions.
