摘要: A rotary mill for grinding recycled glass materials into particles has a housing defining an impact chamber with a rotor in the chamber at the bottom of an inclined guide wall underneath the feed opening. The rotor has a plurality of axially extending, angularly spaced massive impact hammers so that the impact hammers impact and deflect the solid materials onto a plurality of shatter bars located at the peripheral wall. Each of the impact hammers has a leading blade element of a hardened steel which has a front face inclined relative to a bottom portion of the guide surface so that an outer edge of the front face is angularly advanced relative to an inner edge thereof.

摘要: A hammer mill grinder includes a feed conveyor, a press wheel and a rotary hammer mill that is enclosed within a mill box. The mill box presents an intake opening for receiving feed material and a discharge opening for discharging reduced material. The press wheel is located adjacent to the mill box intake opening and is mounted at least indirectly to the mill box for vertical movement. The rotary hammer mill presents hammers that rotate, in cyclic succession, past the intake opening, the press wheel, an inside wall and a screen that is offset from the rotary hammer. The inside wall includes a contaminant bypass door that is able to open to allow a contaminant object to bypass the hammer mill prior to the screen and thereby exit the mill box around the screen to prevent damage to the hammer mill grinder.

摘要: The invention relates to the method for milling and separation into fractions of solids and granular materials in a controlled airflow. The device for milling and separation of solids and granular materials consists of a round milling chamber with a system of pneumatic separation comprising of a vertical cylindrical body that has an uploading slot for solids and granular materials and unloading channels for the milled products of light, medium and coarse fractions. A rotating disc and a conical divider are located inside a vertical cylindrical body. The rotating disc has plates (hammers) and removable blades of different sizes and configurations. System of pneumatic separation consists of a milling chamber, an air slugcatcher, channels for the milled material, and a chamber of higher pressure. Such construction of the device allows to obtain products of a highest quality, and to improve the separation by dividing the material into three fractions: light, medium and coarse.

摘要: A grinder device is provided with two sets of counter-rotating impact elements that pulverize the material via collisions, which represent impact forces twice as powerful through the doubling of the tip velocity. A continuous self-discharge of harder and heavier particles is provided to assure higher energy efficiency and a cleaner product that subjects the unit to less wear and tear. Outlet ports are provided on flange caps that are removably attached to the grinder device so that the position of the outlet port with relation to the position of a grinder stator is selectively modified. The device of the present invention can be provided in a container for integrating into an existing system or to operate as a standalone unit.
