    摘要： A crusher comprises a crushing rotor being rotatable and having a crushing bit to crush target materials to be crushed, a feed conveyor for conveying the target materials toward the crushing rotor, and a pressing feeder unit including a pressing roller disposed above the feed conveyor and introducing the target materials on the feed conveyor toward the crushing rotor while pressing the target materials from above, and an anvil disposed at a position which is closer to the crushing rotor than a point where the pressing roller presses the target materials and which is outward of the crushing rotor in the radial direction. The fixed bit has a bumping surface, against which the target materials bump, disposed in an opposed relation to the rotating direction of the crushing bit, thereby crushing the target materials introduced toward the crushing rotor.

    摘要： A scrap material recycling apparatus includes a feeder, a shredder and a separator, the feeder and the shredder mutually coupled, and the shredder and separator mutually coupled. The feeder includes a means for compressing a quantity of scrap material and means for advancing the scrap material to the shredder. The shredder includes a rotor having a plurality of cutting means, the rotor mechanically rotated to reduce the scrap material. The separator separates the reduced scrap material by fractional composition. The recycling apparatus may be part of a system further incorporating additional components, such as conveyors and/or dust extraction devices. The recycling apparatus may be further adapted so as to be a transportable system, thereby allowing such system to be relocated at or near scrap material stockpile locations.

    摘要： A material reducer for coal, lignite, ore, stone, rock, oil shale and the like which employs rotary hammers, bars or the like not only to crush the material but also to propel the crushed material upwardly along a confined or partially confined path which discharges for example onto an output conveyor or directly to a screen or other processing equipment. The feed-in or input end of the crusher can be at a level sufficiently low to be supplied by the newer more mobile loading units such as front-end loaders, over-the-head loaders, and others. The center of gravity can also be substantially lowered, providing more stability without the normal cumbersome frame and support structure. Crushers constructed in accordance with the invention can be made far lighter and more mobile than existing mobile crushers with the same capacity, and therefore provide a practical way of eliminating the use of trucks, with their attendant noise, dust and pollution, to haul uncrushed minerals from the bottom of a mine or quarry to a stationary crusher at the surface.

    摘要： A crushing machine for comminuting laminated glass, particularly windshields for cars, consists of a chamber with cylindric wall (24) in which is suspended a rotor (28) with pivotably beaters (50). Plural layers of laminated glass are fed through a feeding opening (20) through rubber rollers (22) which form an almost airtight lock into the crushing chamber. At the inner side of its wall (24), the chamber is provided with a number of evenly distributed ribs (54) to be impacted by laminated glass pieces, which are subsequently further comminuted by the beaters (50). The crushing chamber is provided with a slot-formed discharge opening (34) which may be varied in width. Outside the discharge opening (34), there is mounted a collecting containing (36) provided with subpressure. Due to naturally occurring leaks in the wall (24) of the crushing chamber, including the feeding opening (22), there will be a continuous flow of air out through the opening (34), why the material will eventually be conducted therethrough and collected in a container (36). From here, the material may leave the container (36) through an aperture closed by a flap (38). With the crushing machine according to the invention, there may be achieved a complete comminution of laminated glass material and separation of glass from the plastic film in one step and so that the finest glass particles have a size in the order of 0-3 millimetres.

    摘要： A transportable conveyor system for use primarily with a pivot tub type hammermill having a frame, a conveyor means installed within the frame, for transporting the material to be ground or pulverized to the hammermill, sideboards or rails located on either side of the lower end of the conveyor frame for containing the material to be ground or pulverized on the conveyor means, a fixed shroud located at the upper end of the conveyor frame assembly extending upward from the frame and across the top of the conveyor means creating an enclosure through which the material to be ground or pulverized travels, an extendable shroud which is mounted on a pair of trolleys, one trolley mounted on either side of the conveyor frame assembly, each trolley traveling on a pair of wheels which in turn travel in a track attached to the sides of the conveyor frame assembly, the conveyor system having means for driving the trolley wheels along the track causing the extendable shroud to extend beyond the end of the conveyor frame assembly, the trolley also having means for tilting the extendable shroud to level the shroud over the pivot tub of a pivot tub type hammermill. The conveyor frame assembly is provided with means for inclining the conveyor frame assembly from a trailer bed, the trailer bed having wheel assemblies for transport and jack assemblies for positioning and stabilizing the entire apparatus.
