摘要: An apparatus is provided for detaching substrate components such as electronic components mounted on a substrate. The apparatus has a screw blade roller having a screw blade attached to a rotary shaft of the screw blade roller, wherein the apparatus causes the screw blade roller to come into contact with the electronic components mounted on the substrate and detaches the electronic components while the screw blade roller rotates. In the apparatus, two or more screw blades are arranged, and the winding direction of the screw blade(s) in one side of the screw blade roller is opposite to the winding direction of the screw blade(s) in the other side of the screw blade roller. Also, the screw blade roller is placed at a front side of the substrate where many components are typically mounted. A feed roller supporting a rear side of the substrate is placed at the rear side of the substrate.

摘要: A pyrolysis apparatus for completely separating an EVA crystal silicon wafer from a waste photovoltaic module includes a heating mechanism controlled by a control system and mounted in a pyrolysis box and being capable of performing telescopic motion in a vertical direction; an overturning assembly for fixedly clamping and driving a photovoltaic module to overturn, the overturning assembly is arranged just under the heating mechanism; and a splitting assembly for separating the photovoltaic module, the splitting assembly is arranged at a left side of the photovoltaic module fixedly clamped by the overturning assembly. A splitting apparatus is provided for assisting in splitting EVA, and isolating glass from the crystal silicon wafer, as well as isolating a back plate from the crystal silicon wafer, and therefore, the pressure generated on the crystal silicon wafer due to large strength of the glass and shrinkage of the back plate is prevented.

摘要: Separation of materials for recycling of a used solar module, may be accomplished through the application of an electric field. The solar module may be processed utilizing one or more of grinding, shaking, drying, sieving, slicing, electrodynamic separation, glass removal cutting, shaving, shredding, application of fluid jet(s), blasting, application of ultrasound, application of radiation, and/or application of solvents. According to particular embodiments, it may be desirable to run electrostatic separation of materials without the presence of glass, in particular without the presence of small glass particles. For example, if around >90 wt % of original glass is removed, a separation process can proceed with higher effectiveness.

摘要: A process for recovering silver from a mass of scrap of photovoltaic cells. The process includes steps of: providing the scrap of photovoltaic cells, each including a silicon wafer on the upper surface of which an anti-reflective layer and silver lines are provided; immersing the scrap in water or in an aqueous solution; applying ultrasound to cause the silver to detach; sieving the solution to remove the coarse solid fraction containing the silicon wafer residue; and separating the fine solid fraction containing the silver from the solution.

摘要: A waste-plastic oil conversion device includes a primary decomposition tank that generates a decomposition gas by melting waste plastic; a secondary decomposition tank that generates a low boiling point decomposition gas by heating a liquefied component generated by condensing a high boiling point component out of the decomposition gas generated by the primary decomposition tank at a temperature lower than a temperature in the primary decomposition tank; a melting tank that melts a plastic material that forms a solar battery panel so as to separate the plastic material into the plastic material and a valuable material; and a first storage tank that condenses and stores the decomposition gas and the low boiling point decomposition gas therein. The melting tank is connected to the primary decomposition tank so as to introduce the decomposition gas into the melting tank.

摘要: Embodiments relate to one or more techniques that may be employed alone or in combination, in the refurbishment or recycling of used solar modules. In certain approaches, a (heated) wire may be used to cut through one or more layers (e.g., front encapsulant, back encapsulant, both front and back encapsulant, backsheet) of a solar module that is being recycled or refurbished. Some approaches may employ testing of a used solar module, alone or in combination with information (e.g., as part of a received package) regarding parameters of a used solar module such as panel size, width, length, height, thickness of glass, or others. According to specific embodiments, used solar modules may be subjected to various cleaning processes at one or more points during refurbishment/recycling.

摘要: Provided is a method for recycling lead iodide and a substrate of a waste perovskite device. The method includes steps as follows: preparing an iodide solution having a set concentration; immersing the waste perovskite device in the iodide solution for dissolution until a perovskite substance of the waste perovskite device is not dissolved, and extracting supernatant; adding water to the supernatant for dilution, and obtaining lead iodide crystals containing a small quantity of impurities; washing the lead iodide crystals containing a small quantity of impurities, adding acid to treat the lead iodide crystals, washing the lead iodide crystals with isopropanol and ether to obtain lead iodide powder, and drying the lead iodide powder to obtain obtaining recycled lead iodide; and cleaning and recycling a substrate generated. The lead iodide is recycled according to Le Chatelier's principle, which achieves safe, environmentally friendly and low-cost recycling.
