摘要: The present disclosure relates to the field of tungsten smelting, and in particular to a leaching method of scheelite, and provides a new technology that scheelite is leached in low temperature with a mixture acid of sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid or nitric acid and hydrochloric acid, calcium is precipitated incompletely, and then the acid leaching solution is regenerated and closed-circuit recycled is provided. The new technology is able to leach scheelite sufficiently in low temperature so as to improve the recovery rate of tungstate and decrease the requirement of equipment. As well, the inner wall of the reaction kettle, the heating pipe and the temperature measuring device are made of steel lined tetrafluoro material which has high acid corrosion resistance and is able to deal with scheelite with high fluorine, resists the corrosion of HF.

摘要: Disclosed is a microwave chemical method for totally extracting fluorine and rare earth from bastnaesite concentrate, including: alkaline conversion defluorination of bastnaesite through microwave irradiation, microwave-assisted leaching of fluorine, solid-liquid separation of leaching solution and microwave-assisted leaching of rare earth. The rare earth hydrochloric acid solution for leaching contains no fluorine ion, so that the fluorine interference of subsequent processes such as impurity removal can be completely avoided; the fluorine and the rare earth are leached with microwaves, which does not need the stirring, so that the automatic control is easy to implement; the fluorine and rare earth leaching speed is high, the leaching time is short and the complete leaching of fluorine and little residual alkali in the slag can be realized by two-time leaching; and no fluorine-containing waste water is discharged, and the total extraction of the rare earth can be realized by one-time leaching.

摘要: Disclosed in the present invention is a method for extracting nickel from a high matte nickel leaching residue. The method comprises: firstly, adding a crushed material of a high matte nickel leaching residue to an organic solvent in which sulfur is dissolved, heating same for reaction, and carrying out solid-liquid separation to obtain a first filtrate and a first filter residue; adding the first filter residue to a copper sulfate solution, heating same for reaction, and carrying out solid-liquid separation to obtain a second filtrate and a second filter residue; and evaporating, condensing and concentrating the second filtrate, and filtering same to obtain copper sulfate crystals and a nickel-containing filtrate. Throughout the whole reaction, only a small amount of sulfur and copper sulfate are consumed, and the organic solvent can be recycled.
