a driving unit connected to the holding plate to enable the movement of the holding plate between a retracted position and an extending position, wherein in the retracted position the holding plate is positioned closely to the back wall and in the extending position the holding plate is moved away from the back wall, wherein the driving unit includes a first actuator and a second actuator, the longitudinal axis of each actuator being arranged at a defined angle to the extending direction of the tool changer.-

摘要: A technique of removing material from metal parts referred to as OPECM and a corresponding OPECM processing machine are disclosed. A tool electrode is manufactured for removing material from a target workpiece, and the workpiece and tool electrode are fixed into a processing machine that imparts an oscillatory motion path or profile and applies a voltage through a flowing electrolyte solution. The disclosed technique and processing machine removes material from the surface of the target workpiece through proximal surface dissolution as the workpiece and tool electrode are brought within proximity of one another.

Subsequently, the machine learning device performs machine learning of the adjustment of the axis feed command based on the determined adjustment amount of the axis feed command, the data related to the movement state of the axis, and a reward calculated based on the data related to the movement state of the axis.

摘要: An electrochemical machining apparatus being capable of performing multiple points and multiple angles machining is provided. The electrochemical machining apparatus includes at least one electrode member, a guiding member and an actuation member. The electrode member includes a conductive end and a free end, wherein the electrode member is rigid and unbendable. The guiding member is for limiting and guiding the electrode member to move. The actuation member is for exerting a force to the free end of the electrode member, thereby enabling the conductive end of the electrode member to form angle variations. A force-exerting direction from the actuation member to the free end is parallel to a central axis of the electrode member or deflects off the central axis so as to form the angle variations.
