    摘要: Disclosed is a feature that collects dust particles that arise from a processing operation of an impact tool. The dust collection device collects dust that arises from of a processing operation and is attached to the impact tool that performs a pre-determined processing operation on a processed member by way of a tool bit mounted to the tip region of the tool body being linearly operated at least in the lengthwise direction. The dust collection device has a dust collection unit of which the tip opens as a dust intake port and the contour shape is formed unevenly around the long axis of the tool bit. The position of the dust collection unit is freely selected around the long axis of the tool bit, and it is possible to cause the position to change around the long axis of the bit.

    摘要: A machining system includes a plurality of machine tools, a transfer apparatus configured to move a workpiece and a plurality of chip conveyors. Each of the plurality of chip conveyors includes a feeding device, a discharging opening and at least one of a first opening and a second opening. The first opening communicates with the discharging opening of an adjacent chip conveyor of the plurality of chip conveyors. The second opening receives chips generated by at least one of the plurality of machine tools. The discharging opening is for discharging the chips in the chip conveyor. The feeding device is configured to move the chips in the chip conveyor toward the discharging opening. A total length of the chip conveyors is easily regulated by changing the number of the chip conveyors so that the machining system is easily and quickly reconstructed.

    摘要: A method and apparatus for increasing the speed and efficiency of a drilling machine during the drilling of holes in printed circuit boards includes automatically setting a dwell time according to one or more predefined drilling parameters. A plurality of dwell times which vary in accordance with the predefined parameters are stored in a computer memory device. A drilling machine controller automatically selects an optimal dwell time from the memory device according to the drilling conditions of a particular drilling operation so that the shortest feasible dwell time is used for obtaining a desired degree of hole placement accuracy and hole quality for the drilling operation. The apparatus is a drilling machine system that includes a controller which contains dwell times that vary in accordance with the diameter of a drill tool.

    摘要: A machine tool has a machine tool body, a spindle attached to the machine tool body for holding a tool, a bed provided on the machine tool body, and a table located on the bed for supporting a workpiece at a desired position and orientation so that the workpiece can be machined by the tool. The machine tool further includes a workpiece station for storing workpieces and a workpiece changer for moving the workpieces between the workpiece station and the table. The workpiece station is an endless conveyor having a series of setting openings located at regular intervals. Each workpiece is supported by a workpiece holder, and each of the workpiece holders are detachably set in one of the setting openings. A spring within each setting opening holds the workpiece holders.
