    摘要: Process and apparatus for continuously and permanently shaping a plate in plastic material according to an undulated profile. The apparatus includes a guide and positioning surface of the plate; a moulding and transferral wheel, peripherally shaped according to a plurality of seats, suitable for reproducing a continuous shaped profile; and a positioning, advancement and maintenance assembly in the form of a plate, peripheral with respect to the moulding wheel, of the mobile type, respectively; counter-clockwise in synchronization with the moulding and return wheel in a position independent of the moulding wheel. The assembly includes a pre-form presser, upstream of the surface involved in the shaping, set apart by at least one first stabilization and cooling presser, a moulding presser, interposed between the pre-form presser and a cooling presser; and a possible blade for detaching the plate from the seats.

    摘要: Process for the netlike opening of fibrilled polymeric films, said process consisting in conveying to an opening device of the conventional type (based, for instance, on diverging transferring elements and on lateral film pulling elements such as clamps, grippers or pins, which engage the film at its edges and which are fixed on said traverse elements) the fibrilled film of an undulated or corrugated shape, with the front of the corrugations or waves perpendicular to the direction of the transferring motion, so that the length of the film between the lateral consecutive pulling elements be in excess with respect to the distance between said elements, wherefore said excess will compensate the longitudinal shrinkage that the film will suffer during the transversal opening.

    摘要: A stamped plastic sheet manufacturing method includes immersing a molten extruded thermoplastic sheet into a liquid refrigerant just prior to passing through a pair of stamping rolls having tooth-like or vane-like projections. In this manner, a skin layer is formed on the surface of the molten plastic sheet prior to stamping. Upon stamping, the sheet is tensioned by the confronting crests of the above tooth-like or vane-like projections and then removed from the liquid refrigerant after the interior of the sheet has been hardened to form a stamped sheet having a substantially uniform thickness.

    摘要: Corrugated plates are made of polyvinyl chloride resin, and are bidirectionally oriented in such a manner that an element which is sampled therefrom presents a retraction of at least 30 percent along the two main axes of the plates after a residence of 8 hours in an oven kept at 140* C. The plates have a resiliency in tension at 20* C in excess of 650 cm kgf/cm2 and a resiliency in prestressed condition in excess of 300 kfg/cm2. They are resistant at 4* C to impacts caused by boxwood balls of 200 mm diameter which are projected perpendicularly against the surface of said plates at a speed such that their kinetic energy is 0.105 m kgf.
