    摘要: A system for a tire caddy and jack device to help a user easily perform tire changes on various-sized vehicles is disclosed. The Tire Caddy Jack is built using a base box supported by a plurality of casters that permits the entire Tire Caddy Jack to be moved easily around an automobile repair facility or garage. A scissor lift assembly is mounted in the center of the top surface of the base box. A scissor lift crank attaches to the scissor lift assembly that when turned will cause the scissor lift assembly to extend upwards, raising the tire and wheel above the ground. The tire and wheel rest upon rollers that are coupled to a pair of twin half roller arms mounted on top of the scissor lift assembly, permitting the tire and wheel to smoothly be raised and lowered to mount and unmount the tire and wheel onto a vehicle. The Tire Caddy Jack supports the tire and wheel while the mechanic removes or replaces the lug nuts or lug bolts that hold the tire and wheel on the vehicle.

    摘要: A tire handling system for removing, transporting and replacing a large tire on a vehicle, such as a farm tractor or other large machinery, is disclosed. The system includes a platform for attachment to a vehicle, such as a forklift, a grapple for engaging and securing a large tire, and a connector between the platform and the grapple for allowing pivoting and rotation of the grapple to facilitate handling of the tire. Hydraulic pistons are used to pivot the grapple and move adjustable arms to tightly and safely bind the tire within engagement brackets of the grapple. The combination of the lift movement, including the up and down of the fork, and the grapple pivoting and rotation, allows large tires to be removed from, transported and replaced on vehicles more effectively, efficiently and safely than any prior system and method.

    摘要: An assembly tool for assembly and replacement of bolts on a wheel hub is revealed. The tool includes a first tool set and a second tool set. The first tool set has a base and a fastener. The base is a circular body with a receiving part. A pad is disposed on the receiving part and a bearing is arranged under the pad. The fastener includes a hexagonal head, an enlarged part, a cylindrical part and an axial hole arranged with a thread. The second tool set has a first arm and a second arm pivotally connected to each other. A wheel bolt is pressed into the wheel hub by the first tool set while the wheel hub is positioned by the first and second arms of the second tool set fastened with the wheel bolts of the wheel hub for convenient assembly of the wheel bolts.

    摘要: Disclosed is an elongate arbor for mounting a wheel or wheel/tire combination onto an axle of a vehicle. One of the axle hub or the wheel bears threaded studs and the other bears tapped holes. The elongate arbor is terminated at one end with elongate fork tubes and at the opposite end with a flange having a plurality of apertures, says 3 apertures. The wheel to be mounted has tapped holes created to match the arbor flange apertures for mounting the wheel onto the arbor with threaded studs. Forks from, for example, a forklift, can be inserted into the elongate forklift tubes to lift and maneuver the arbor/wheel combination to align the wheel mounts with the axle mounts and threaded studs inserted for securement. The large wheel now can be mounted to axle hub of the vehicle.
