The filter frame is coupled with the blower case to be drawn out from the blower case together with the filter element in a drawing direction parallel to an upper surface of the filter element. The wall portion is disposed at a location corresponding to at least a rear side of two sides facing each other in the drawing direction and protrudes upward over the upper surface of the filter element.

A ratio of outside air to recirculated air is modulated in response to the damper being rotated.

摘要： A motor vehicle heating/air-conditioning system of a motor vehicle has a water-removal device arranged in the fresh-air inlet duct, rising from the duct base and comprising a coarse-mesh lattice and a fine-mesh lattice resting against the latter. The water removed is carried away downwardly on the webs of the coarse-mesh lattice to the duct base which forms a water collection point with water drainage. In order to combine a favorable water-removal function with a good air-guidance function, the coarse-mesh lattice facing the incident air represents an air guide with predetermined throughflow and is pleated in a corrugated shape. A channel spanned by the fine-mesh lattice arranged in at least some areas is in each case formed between two upwardly-directed corrugation troughs. The water-removal device is placed in the region of a duct widening provided by a set-back wall portion, such that the water-removal device ends at a distance from the set-back wall portion.

摘要： A fresh air supply device for a heating, ventilating and/or air-conditioning installation of a motor vehicle is provided wherein the fresh air enters through a gap between the windshield and the hood into an air collecting tank. In order to prevent the admission of moisture to an air filter and to prolong its useful life, the water flowing off the windshield and entrained by the airstream is received by a channel oriented in the transverse direction of the vehicle. This channel is followed by a grill for separating out larger particulate matter entrained in the airstream. A downward-pointing ledge adjoins the grill for further demoisturizing and to deflect the air and at least partially covers a dust filter which is arranged in such a position in the airstream that dust dropping from its dirty side falls freely downwards.

摘要： An aggregate space or assembly compartment arranged between an engine compartment or a trunk and a splash panel of a motor vehicle. The aggregate space is closed off by means of a hood which can be swung upwardly and has an air inlet slot between an end edge of the aggregate space on a window side thereof and an adjoining zone of a body portion of the motor vehicle. The aggregate space accommodates an aggregate part of a heating/ventilating and/or air conditioning unit which in the interior of the aggregate space, takes over air deflecting and air distributing functions. The aggregate part includes a jacket for enhancing a water deposition or separation and a water drainage. Fresh air entering the aggregate space is conducted and deflected along the jacket and then passed to an air inlet opening set into an underside of the aggregate part. The air leaves the aggregate space through the inlet opening in an essentially upwardly oriented direction.

摘要： A filtering attachment for the air intake of an automobile passenger compartment. A large rectangular sheet of laminated foil, vinyl and paper has a central opening over which is mounted a filter unit. The filter unit comprises two layers of non-woven paper heat sealed together to form a plurality of adjacent pockets, each of which contains pieces of activated charcoal. A fine mesh screen is mounted in overlying relationship to the filter unit. The attachment is mounted in overlying relationship to the air intake of the automobile so that all air entering the passenger compartment passes through the filter unit.
