摘要: A hydraulic steering unit (1) is described comprising a supply port arrangement having a pressure port (8) connected to a main flow path (2) and a tank port (5) connected to a tank flow path (3), a working port arrangement having a left working port (L) connected to a left working flow path (4) and a right working port (R) connected to a right working flow path (5), a variable first left orifice (A2L) connected to the main flow path (2) and to the left working flow path (4), a variable first right orifice (A2R) connected to the main flow path (2) and to the right working flow path (5), a variable second left orifice (A3L) connected to the left working flow path (4) and to the tank flow path (3), and a variable second right orifice (A3R) connected to the right working flow path (5) and to the tank flow path (3). Such a steering unit should allow comfortable steering. To this end a measuring motor (15) is arranged in one of the working flow parts (4, 5).

摘要: An active steering system for an articulated bus is provided. In an assisted steering mode, a hydraulic turntable assists in the steering action of the articulated bus. While the articulated bus is linearly driven at a high speed or the lane-changing action is performed, the assisted steering mode can provide stable driving performance. In the assisted steering mode, a better steering trajectory is achieved while a cornering action of the articulated bus is performed. By collecting the information about the driving velocity, the position of the transmission gear and the position of the steering wheel, a steering force applied to the front frame and the trailer frame is calculated. Moreover, if the control unit judges that the angle of the hydraulic turntable is optimal, a locking force is generated to assure the optimal angle of the articulated bus. The assisted steering mode also supports the action of reversing the articulated bus. When the articulated joint is adjusted to an optimal trajectory, the articulated bus is reversed to the designated position.

摘要: An assembly for supporting a vehicle chassis on a wheel of the vehicle includes a frame pivotably connected to the vehicle chassis at a connection location and a wheel attachment component slidingly coupled with the frame. The wheel attachment component is positioned on a first side of the connection location and is configured to pivot in unison with the frame and to move between a plurality of operating positions relative to the frame. A suspension component is positioned on a second side of the connection location opposite the attachment component and is operably interposed between the frame and the attachment component for regulating motion transfer between the frame and the attachment component, the suspension component. An adjustment actuator is rigidly coupled with the frame and is configured to shift the attachment component between any of the plurality of operating positions relative to the frame.

摘要: A power steering device includes a cylindrical holder coaxially arranged on a steering shaft, a cylindrical rotary cylinder coaxially and rotatably installed in the holder and forming two oil chambers spaced apart in a circumferential direction between it and an inner surface of the holder, and a spool changing-over member coaxially and rotatably inserted in the rotary cylinder and connected to the steering wheel. A differential mechanism is provided between the rotary cylinder and the spool changing-over member for integrally rotating the rotary cylinder and the spool changing-over member when a steering force applied to the steering shaft is low, and allowing a relative rotation between the rotary cylinder and the spool changing-over member when the steering force is larger than a predetermined value.
