摘要: A transport vehicle includes a vehicle body, a drive unit, and a coupling device coupling the vehicle body with the drive unit. The drive unit includes a wheel, a travel drive source configured to drive the wheel in such a manner as to rotate the wheel, and a steering device configured to turn the wheel around a steering axis along an up-down direction. The coupling device includes an attachment section attached to the vehicle body, and an adjustment mechanism allowing a reference direction to be changed around the steering axis relative to a front-rear direction of the vehicle body by changing an attachment orientation of the attachment section relative to the vehicle body.

摘要: The present disclosure is directed to battery cart for transporting large and heavy electric car batteries. The cart includes a pair of independently movable and positionable cart half assemblies, with each cart half assembly having a pair of battery supports that are slidably positionable and lockable along a center crossbar. Each support includes height adjustable columns. The cart assemblies therefore, are adjustable to support batteries of varying sizes as well as positioning a supported battery to desired height, facilitating repairs to, and transport of, the electric car battery.

摘要: Adjustable load leveler apparatus and related methods for use with automotive manufacturing systems are disclosed. A disclosed automotive manufacturing system includes a hoist supported by a support structure and configured to carry a vehicle component. The automotive manufacturing system also includes a load leveler mechanism attached to the hoist. The load leveler mechanism includes a frame, a weight movably coupled to the frame, and an actuator operatively coupled to the weight. The automotive manufacturing system also includes control circuitry connected to the actuator and an input device connected to the control circuitry and configured to generate input data in response to a user interacting with the input device. The control circuitry is configured to move, via the actuator, the weight relative to the hoist based on the input data to adjust a levelness of the hoist.

摘要: The present invention relates to an apparatus for assembling a front panel, a plurality of side panels, a back panel, and a roof panel in a complete body assembly line for various vehicles. The complete body assembling apparatus realizes a new type of a coupling apparatus by which hangers for vehicle models are held in a post buck in a complete body line for a vehicle and the post buck is flexibly movable depending on the changes in various vehicle models. This in turn, allows various vehicle models to be produced in a single process by flexibly coping with various vehicle models and enhancing the efficiency of an entire complete body assembling process.
