    摘要: The present disclosure includes a nestable containing for storing and dispensing wipes. The nestable container includes a container body comprising a bottom wall, side walls, and a corner region including an interior surface and an opposing exterior surface. The nestable container includes a first ledge and a second ledge. The first and second ledges each have a proximal end region and a distal end region. The proximal end region of the first ledge is connected with the exterior surface of the corner region. The proximal end region of the first ledge comprises a groove and the distal end region of the first ledge comprises a ridge. The proximal end region of the second ledge is connected with the interior surface of the corner region. The proximal end region of the second ledge comprises a groove and the distal end region of the second ledge comprises a ridge.

    摘要: A stackable barrier unit includes: an elongate main body having a top surface, a bottom surface, longitudinal ends, and two sidewalls each having an upper margin joined to the top surface a lower margin extending tower than the bottom surface of the main body. A base width defined between lower outer margins of the sidewalls is greater than a top width of the top surface. Engagement extensions having engagement features extend from the longitudinal ends for linking two or more barrier units together. The engagement features may include a tapered pin and a hole. A rib may connect the first sidewall to the second sidewall below the bottom surface. A channel may be formed in the top surface of the main body directly above and parallel to the at least one rib.

It is also capable of lateral adjustment to suit differently sized containers utilizing attachments for the lifting of hampers, wire containers and 084C containers along with having a plurality of lockout controls for better control and safety precautions while operating a lifting and stacking procedure.

The stacking device operates at the exit of a rotating machine (20) operating at high speed, and having a rotating head (21) for the single objects, and comprise an extractor means (30) located in an exit station (B) of the rotating machine (20) intended to remove the objects from the rotating head (21) one at a time. According to the invention, an intermediate stacking means (40) is foreseen, fed at its entry point with objects introduced by means of the extractor means (30) with a movement parallel to the axis (R) of the objects in question, said intermediate stacking means (40) being adapted to grip the objects in the position in which they are received from the extractor means (30) and to send them in a longitudinal direction parallel to their axis (R) and at such a speed that, in relation to the feeding speed of the objects in question at the entry, the objects are accumulated in a partial manner, while maintaining a distance that prevents any substantial contact between the side walls (11) of the objects.

    摘要: The invention considerably reduces the danger of deformation for containers made from a thermoplastic material during the transfer to a stacking magazine or into a locally fixed catch plate. This deformation danger results from the fact that the formed stack must be displaced within a short time by the stack distance, either through the transferred containers themselves or by components of a catch plate that is moved forward with each cycle. This is achieved through displacing the stacks in the stacking magazines or the locally fixed catch plate with a displacement device. The displacement device can be combined with the stack removal device or can be a separate displacement device. According to a modification of the invention, the method is intended to improve the cooling of the stacked containers.
