Abstract:
A pallet stacking system on a structure comprises two sets of rotating levers and two axes of rotation, each axis of rotation corresponding to each set of rotating levers. The axes of rotation are inserted in a structure and parallel and at the same, with height between them, and at the same time the axes of rotation are separated by a distance, with sufficient free space for the passage of a horizontal pallet between them. The levers are distributed along the corresponding axis of rotation thereof and concentrically articulated about that same axis of rotation and with the capacity to rotate. The levers have a rest position, resulting in levers enabled at the same time to both receive and hold at least one pallet in the rest position.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a re-stacking device (1) and a re-stacking method for goods carriers (6). The re-stacking device (1) has a plurality of stacking devices (4, 5) arranged side-by-side at a distance from one another, each having at least one goods carrier stack and a process zone (12) arranged therebetween. The stacking devices (4, 5) and the process zone (12) are connected by a transport device (6) to a plurality of transport means (7, 8) for goods carriers (2). The transport means (7, 8) are movable relative to one another with overlapping motion paths and have carrying means (29, 30) which are designed for transporting and mutually transferring a goods carrier (2) between the transport means (7, 8). Loading and unloading of the goods carriers (2) or another process involving the goods (3) can take place in the process zone (12).
Abstract:
A device and to a method for stacking plate-like products into a straight, cylindrical stack having an upper and a lower side and at least two side surfaces arranged at a distance from each other. In order to create a desired pretension in the stack already during stacking, which can even be maintained when individual products are added, the plate-like products are lifted against gravity from the bottom to the top into a stack nest, the products are held in the stack nest by applying a force on the side surfaces thereof to prevent dropping in the direction of gravity. While the force application is maintained, further products are added to the stack in the stack nest from the bottom side.
Abstract:
A feeding device includes a housing, a first conveying mechanism mounted on the housing, and a distribution mechanism. The housing forming a receptacle space includes a top surface defining a receiving opening communicated with the receptacle space. The distribution mechanism includes a slide platform slidably mounted on the top surface, a distribution member, and elastic members. The slide platform defines an unloading opening communicated with the receiving opening and a mounting groove adjacent to the unloading opening. The distribution member is movably mounted in the mounting groove. The elastic member elastically resists the distribution member to protrude out from the unloading opening. The stacked feeding trays resist the distribution member to move away from the unloading opening. When the top feeding tray is moved above the distribution member, the distribution member retracts by an elastic force to separate the top feeding tray from the stacked feeding trays located below.
Abstract:
Method and apparatus are provided for thermoforming articles. The apparatus includes an in line series of processing stations including heating, forming, cutting and separating stations. A stacker is provided to receive formed articles and form an x-y array of stacks of formed articles. A stack picker is provided that is operable to pick up the stacks of articles during a sheet pause cycle portion and move the picked stacks from a storage magazine to a deposit area. The movement of the stacks for depositing and the picker assembly back to the stacker can occur while the apparatus is producing and stacking additionally formed articles.
Abstract:
A tray holding apparatus includes a holding section, a separation section, a lifting/lowering section, and a control section. The holding section holds a stack of trays. The separation section separates the lowermost tray from the stack. The lifting/lowering section moves upward or downward between a predetermined place below the stack and this stack, thereby undergoing a first movement in which the separated tray is moved to the predetermined position and a second movement in which the tray in the predetermined place is moved to the stack. The control section controls the operations of the separation section and the lifting/lowering section.

Abstract:
A system and method for stacking and storing a plurality of trays includes a stacker system and a buffer system. The stacker system includes a component, e.g., a platform, which moves a tray between a raised position and a lowered position. The buffer system includes a plurality of opposing projections for capturing the tray when the component is in the raised position.
Abstract:
The invention describes a supply module for stackable pallets, on which workpieces and/or tools can be disposed. On the supply module there are disposed several stacking bays arranged in succession in a row, at each of which a stack of pallets can be mounted in holding means, such as hooks. At least one transport module can be driven along the row beneath the stacking bays, the transport module carrying a lifting device with it. A pallet or a stack of pallets can be gripped from below by the lifting device. The supply module according to the invention can manage a large number of stacking bays, and hence pallets, in a cost-effective manner, even large stack heights being possible.
