    摘要: A take-out roll, spreader roll or equivalent roll for a web-like material having three parts linked with one another, namely, a middle part and two end parts, one on each side of the middle part. The middle part and end parts are pivotal with respect to one another for the purpose of bending the roll into a desired curved shape. The middle part is constructed to operate as a revolving axle of the roll which is mounted revolvingly on support members by end bearings. The end parts are mounted in the area of their axial inner ends on the middle part by articulation devices. The end parts are further mounted in the area of their axial outer ends, revolvingly and movably in a radial direction on support parts which are separated from the revolving parts of the roll by bearings arranged inward of the end bearings in the axial direction of the roll.

    摘要: An object is to provide a liquid-removing apparatus capable of sufficiently removing liquid adhering to packaging material (11). The liquid-removing apparatus includes a packaging material (11) having a projection formed at a predetermined position; first and second squeeze rollers (23, 33) which form a squeeze portion (P1) for removing liquid adhering to the packaging material (11); and an elastic body. The second squeeze roller (33) has main roller portions (53, 54) and a retractable roller portion (55) which retracts when the projection reaches the squeeze portion (P1). The elastic body urges a tubular sleeve (64) provided on the retractable roller portion (55) toward the packaging material (11). When the projection reaches the squeeze portion (P1) during transportation of the packaging material (11), the sleeve (64) is pushed by the projection and thereby decentered, so that the retractable roller portion (55) is retracted. As a result, interference between the projection and the second squeeze roller (33) is prevented, and the packaging material (11) can be nipped by the first and second squeeze rollers (22, 33).

    摘要: A spreading roll having a simplified and inexpensive configuration is provided. The spreading roll includes a curved shaft and several successive roll segments mounted on the curved shaft. Rolling bearings are supported by a sleeve around the shaft and rotatably support the roll segments. The ends of the roll segments are connected together by coupling elements formed by a rubber ring, an inner sleeve situated inside the ring and metal bracing sleeves situated at the corners on the outer circumference of the rubber ring. As the spreading roll rotates, the rubber rings of the coupling elements yield and the bracing sleeves form a tight joint with the roll segments.
