    摘要: A turning bar for contactless guidance of a tubular film web moved at a loop angle around the turning bar, including a support tube with a hollow interior, which can be connected with a compressed air source. The support tube has a plurality of air outlet openings which communicate with the interior and are spaced apart from each other, substantially over an entire width of the support tube within an angular area of the support tube corresponding to the loop angle of the tubular film web. An air-permeable microporous layer is applied to the exterior of the support tube and forms the surface of the latter, through which the compressed air exiting the air outlet openings of the support tube can flow. The compressed air exits the microporous layer as a laminar air flow, which forms a laminar air cushion between the turning bar and the tubular film web. An angular area in which the air outlet openings are formed in the support tube is increased with respect to the loop angle of the tubular film web. This invention also is for a method for contactless guidance of a tubular film web.

    摘要: A suction-type transmission apparatus includes at least one suction region allocation member and a suction wheel member. The suction region allocation member has a chamber and through holes communicating with the chamber. The suction wheel member is pivoted to the suction region allocation member, and includes an inner lining body with gas flow channels disposed in parallel, and an outer ring sleeve. The inner lining body has gas holes corresponding to the through holes and being in communication with the gas flow channels. The outer ring sleeve with micro-pores in communication with the gas flow channels is sleeved on the inner lining body, and wraps the gas flow channels. The chamber is connected to a gas extraction port, and at least one sealing element is selectively disposed in the chamber to seal at least one of the through holes for forming a suction region of the suction wheel member.

A supply device (3) for a gaseous fluid is connected to said chamber (2), which has a gas-permeable wall (4). The outer surface (5) of said wall (4) is embodied as a guide surface for the line (1). According to the invention, the gas-permeable wall (4) is produced from a porous, metal-containing material with open pores which have an average diameter of less than 500 &mgr;m, preferably less than 100 &mgr;m, especially less than 20 &mgr;m. The porous material used for the guiding surface enables the line (1) to glide on a fluid pad of less than 1 mm. The losses of fluid on the surfaces not covered by the line (1) are very low.
