摘要： This method for producing wet wipes includes the following steps: a step for vertically folding non-woven cloth sheets; a step for impregnating the sheets with a chemical; a step for stacking the sheets; a step for cutting the sheets at predetermined lengths; a step for pulling the cut sheets away from a transporting conveyer provided with a suction mechanism by means of a pusher, and stacking the cut sheets; a step for pressing a bundle comprising the sheets; and a step for packaging the bundle. The pusher is disposed between the transporting conveyers. The blades of the pusher have a plurality of tooth sections. The pusher drops the sheets suctioned to the transporting conveyer downwards by means of moving vertically downwards.

摘要： Disclosed is a method for separating and stacking slices of food, in particular slices of cheese (2). In said method, a plurality of slices of food (2) is continuously conveyed by a feeding belt conveyor (3) such that the slices of food adjoin each other in rows. A rotating transfer roll (5) picks up the slices of food (2) from the feeding belt conveyor (3) and places same on top of each other in a stacking zone (4), the transfer roll (5) jointly accommodating a row of slices of food by means of a corresponding plurality of holding units (6). During rotation of the transfer roll, the individual slices of food (2) are separated from each other as a result of a relative movement of the holding units in the axial direction, and the separated individual slices (2) detach from the holding units (6) and are stacked on top of each other in the stacking zone (4).

A path loop between a sheet path entrance and exit provides space for buffering. A registration nip decelerates, registers and accelerates sheets 1 through N. A first retime nip holds sheets 1 and 2 of the set at registration speed for a longer time than remaining sheets, to gain time for finishing, and then accelerates sheets 1 and 2. A second retime nip accelerates sheets 1 and 2 of the set to compiling speed. Sheets are transported, compiled, stapled, and ejected.
