摘要: Disclosed is a wire spool system for a wire bonding apparatus, comprising: a wire reel arranged to receive a wire; a wire guide for feeding a free end of the wire to a bond head of the wire bonding apparatus; and a tensioning mechanism for tensioning the wire to define a wire path between the wire reel and the wire guide. The wire spool system comprises an imaging module comprising a camera having an image sensor. The imaging module also comprises an image processing unit. The camera is positioned to image, by said image sensor, at least a portion of the wire path to generate image data. The image processing unit is configured to process the image data to determine a geometry and/or a change in geometry of the at least a portion of the wire path.

摘要: A method for feeding a thread at a preset drawing to a textile machine includes a first feeder which sends the thread to the textile machine and a second feeder arranged spaced from the first feeder and which sends such thread to the latter, each feeder having a rotary member on which there is partly wound the thread before the feeding thereof and a speed sensor adapted to detect the rotational speed of such rotary member and a tension sensor to detect the tension of the thread exiting from each feeder. Controlling drawing the thread sent to the textile machine by controlling and adjusting the ratio between the rotational speed of the rotary member of the first feeder and the rotational speed of the rotary member of the second feeder.

摘要: In a wire pull-in apparatus in which a wire to be coated passes repeatedly through individual work units of a wire enameling facility, band rollers (5, 6, 7) are coaxially mounted before the faces of wire guide roller blocks (2, 3, 4) about which the wire to be coated runs, with an endless band (1) bearing a fastening portion (8) and being guided in untwistable fashion about the band rollers. The wire shifting rollers (9) and (10) are located before each wire guide roller block (2) and (3) and are axially parallel thereto. The wire to be pulled in is fixed on the fastening portion (8) and is placed about the wire guide roller blocks (2, 3, 4) by rotation of the endless band (1). After each full rotation of the endless band (1), each new wire loop placed about the wire guide blocks is shifted laterally a certain distance on the wire guide blocks by rotation or axial shifting of the wire shifting rollers (9, 11) so that room is always made for the placing of a further wire loop.

摘要: The metering device for metering the weft yarn of a loom comprises a metering roller which is disposed between a supply unit and a draw off unit and which, in metering operation, is wrapped around by the weft yarn and determines the weft yarn draw off speed. In the event of a weft yarn break, a new waft start is injected past the metering roller into a catching nozzle and by way of a deflector into a yarn accumulator. A brake terminates the injection step. While a draw off element applies tension to the yarn, the yarn is wrapped automatically and in a number of turns around the metering roller by being moved into a catching zone of a catcher, which is rotatable around the metering roller axis, through the agency of a relative movement between the injected weft yarn and the catcher. During one revolution of the catcher around the roller axis, the weft yarn is deposited on the metering roller in the form of a wrapping. After a number of wraps of weft yarn around the metering roller, a severing element parts off the remainder of the yarn moving towards the accumulator and the resulting new yarn tip is moved by the metering roller into a start position for the weaving cycle.

摘要: Means is provided for feeding strand material to a piddler mechanism for coiling delivery of the same into a collection bin. The feeding means employs a rotating drum having a perforate periphery at a portion of which suction is impressed to grip and feed the strand material, while maintaining pressure at a following peripheral portion to free the strand material in a manner that prevents it from lapping on the drum and that materially lessens the tension on the material as it moves forward to and through the piddler mechanism.
