    摘要: The present invention relates to a process for preparing isocyanate homopolymers containing uretdione groups, in which the phosphinoboron compound of formula (I) are used as catalysts to catalyze the homopolymerization reaction of raw isocyanates, thereby obtaining a solution of isocyanate homopolymers having uretdione groups, then separating the solution and thus obtaining the isocyanate homopolymers containing uretdione groups. The isocyanate homopolymers containing uretdione groups prepared by this process have a high amount of the uretdione groups, wherein the dependence of the amount on the conversion rate of raw isocyanates is significantly ameliorated, with low chromaticities.

    摘要: Polyaddition compounds containing uretdione groups prepared by reacting uretdione polyisocyanates formed from diisocyanates having exclusively secondary- and/or tertiary-attached isocyanate groups with a molar fraction of isocyanurate structures, based on the sum of uretdione groups and isocyanurate groups, of not more than 10%, with compounds reactive towards isocyanates. The polyaddition compounds can be use as a starting component in the preparation of polyurethane plastics, in particular as crosslinkers for heat-crosslinkable powder coating materials. The compounds may be used as starting components in the preparation of moldings and shaped parts, and as starting components in the preparation of coating materials and coatings.

    摘要: The invention concerns a method for preparing polyisocyanates by cyclodimerization of isocyanate functions borne by initial monomer isocyanates. The invention is characterised in that it comprises steps which consist in: a) providing a reaction medium comprising initial monomer isocyanates, optionally in the presence of a solvent; b) adding to said reaction mixture a (cyclo)dimerization catalyst comprising a compound of the family of super acids; c) heating the reaction medium to a temperature ranging between 0null C. and 300null C., advantageously between 20null C. and 200null C. until the desired rate of transformation is obtained; d) optionally inactivating or eliminating the reaction catalyst; and e) optionally eliminating the unreacted monomer.
