摘要： An aluminum alloy sheet excellent in terms of formability and bake hardenability which contains in terms of mass %, Mg: 0.2 to 2.0%, Si: 0.3 to 2.0% and Sn: 0.005 to 0.3%, with the remainder being Al and unavoidable impurities. A differential scanning calorimetry curve of the aluminum alloy sheet has an endothermic peak in a temperature range of 150 to 230° C. and an exothermic peak in a temperature range of 240 to 255° C. The endothermic peak corresponds to a dissolution of a Mg—Si cluster and has a peak height of 8 μW/mg or less, including 0 μW/mg. The exothermic peak corresponds to a formation of a Mg—Si cluster and has a peak height of 20 μW/mg or larger.

摘要： A method of near net shaping a rare earth permanent magnet and a permanent magnet. The method includes introducing a magnetic material powder into a die, closing the die and shock compacting the powder in the die and sintering the compacted magnet powder to form the rare earth permanent magnet part. In one form, the magnetic material being subjected to compaction is a mixture made up of two or more different magnetic material powder precursors. Additional materials may be added to the mixture. One such additional material may be a lubricant to reduce the likelihood of cracking, while another may be a coating to provide oxidation protection of the mixture. Evacuation or inert environments may also be used either prior to or in conjunction with the sintering or related high-temperature part of the process.

摘要： Printable high-strength alloys, including aluminum alloys can be produced in an additive manufacturing process. Such alloys can include aluminum-silver (“Al—Ag”) alloys that are produced by a laser melting process using a powder bed fusion. The results of the process and the characteristics of the produced alloy can be determined by controlling at least an energy beam power, an energy beam speed, and/or an energy beam size. The operational parameters can be controlled with high precision to produce a printable, high-strength aluminum alloy.

摘要： Shape memory yarns described herein include twisted microfilaments made from a shape memory alloy that may provide superelastic or shape memory properties. The shape memory yarns are formed into coils that provide a high degree of actuation or elasticity along an axis of the coiled shape memory yarn, and may have relatively low porosity, low rigidity, and/or low change of volume compared to shape memory coils formed from solid structures. Coiled shape memory yarns may provide further tailorability of a superelastic or shape memory response of a system or device incorporating the coiled shape memory yarns through various coil parameters, such as coil pitch or density, or torque balancing, such as heat treating or plying the coiled shape memory yarns.

摘要： The present disclosure provides a high-entropy alloy (HEA) with room-temperature superplasticity and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the field of metal materials. In the present disclosure, the HEA with room-temperature superplasticity has a chemical formula shown in Formula I: (FeCoNiCr)100-xCux (Formula I), where in Formula I, x is 2.0 to 4.0. A FeCoNiCr alloy is used as a matrix, and then added with a trace amount of a Cu element, thereby significantly reducing formation of a metastable phase in the FeCoNiCr alloy while reducing stacking fault energy of the alloy, such that the alloy maintains a desirable work hardening ability and achieves an excellent elongation at break. Moreover, a plasticity of the alloy is further improved through twinning-induced plasticity (TWIP).
