摘要: The present invention relates to a fabric containing a modacrylic fiber A and a cellulosic fiber, wherein the modacrylic fiber A contains an infrared absorber inside the fiber, and the fabric is dyed with at least a yellow cationic dye, a yellow reactive dye, and a yellow disperse dye. The fabric can be produced by dyeing a fabric containing a modacrylic fiber A and a cellulosic fiber with a cationic dye, a reactive dye, and a disperse dye to exhibit a fluorescent yellow color. Accordingly, it is possible to provide a fabric with excellent arc resistance and visibility, a method for producing the same, and a clothing item using the same.

摘要: A fabric and a leather product in which collagen fiber bundles form a network structure has a base yarn woven layer, and also has collagen fiber bundles. The collagen fiber bundles sheathed in the base yarn woven layer protrude on the surface of the base yarn woven layer, and the protruding collagen fiber bundles and their branches are interwoven to form a network structure, where a part of the branches in the collagen fiber bundle is sheathed on the base yarn so that at least one end of the branch protrudes from the base yarn braided layer. Leather products may include these fabrics and leather surface layers.

摘要: Flame resistant fabrics that comply with applicable thermal requirements (e.g., char length, after flame, thermal shrinkage, etc.) but only include thermally stable fibers in yarns extending in a single fabric direction (warp or weft). The yarns extending in the other direction (warp or weft) are devoid of thermally stable fibers.

摘要: Examples of a knitted or woven fabric with moisture management function are described, comprising a face fabric layer with a durable water repellency (DWR) additives forming a fabric outer surface that is hydrophobic and a back fabric layer comprising a second yarn that is highly hydrophilic forming a moisture regain core to absorb the moisture and spread it across on an inside surface of the back fabric layer. The outer (face) layer of the fabric is hydrophobic due to the added DWR additives to the first yarn while the inner (back) layer of the fabric is highly hydrophilic that absorbs and spreads the moisture across the inner side of the back layer so that it dries faster making the outer surface of the face fabric layer dry thus reducing the occurrence of water/liquid spots on the face layer outer surface.

摘要: Fabrics and garments are disclosed that have dual protection against molten metal splashes and electrical arc flashes. The fabrics can be made from spun yarns containing an intimate blend of fibers. The fibers contained in each yarn can include wool fibers, flame resistant cellulose fibers, and nylon fibers. In one aspect, relatively long wool fibers are incorporated into the yarns.

摘要: The present subject matter discloses a fabric weaving method and apparatus therefor, wherein the method includes forming a fabric where the warp ends of the fabric is made of multifilament polyester yarns and the weft picks are made of cotton or regenerated cellulose fiber or linen fiber or a combination thereof. The woven textile fabric has 50-160 EPI of multifilament polyester yarns of denier within a range of 75D-200D with 7-250 filaments in each polyester yarn, wherein one or more yarns per dent is setup in the reed apparatus of the warp of the loom apparatus. Further, the woven textile fabric comprises of 50-91 picks per inch of cotton or regenerated cellulose fibre or linen fiber or a combination thereof and of 20-50 count (NE). Furthermore, the total cover factor of the woven textile fabric is 10-38, wherein the warp cover factor is 8-19 and the weft cover factor is 10-19.

摘要: An elastic flame-resistant yarn containing an intimate fiber blend of staple fibers wrapped around a plurality of elastic continuous fibers. The intimate fiber blend of staple fibers contains non-flame-resistant (FR) cellulosic fibers, modacrylic fibers, and aramid fibers. The non-FR cellulosic fibers constitute at least about 31% by weight to at most about 54% by weight of the intimate fiber blend of staple fibers, the modacrylic fibers constitute at least about 30% by weight to at most about 49% by weight of the intimate fiber blend of staple fibers, and the aramid fibers make up at least about 3% by weight to at most about 20% by weight of the intimate fiber blend of staple fibers. The elastic continuous fibers make up at least about 0.01% by weight to at most about 5% by weight of the elastic flame-resistant yarn.
