摘要： A yarn comprising a filament core and a staple fiber sheath, the staple fiber sheath comprises at least 95% by weight of a blend of first fibers and second fibers. The first fibers are natural cellulosic fibers and the second fibers are regenerated cellulosic fibers, wherein the weight ratio of the first fibers to the second fibers is in the range of 70/30 to 80/20, the weight ratio preferably being about 75/25; the average length of the fibers of the sheath is in the range of 10 to 25 mm, preferably 12 mm to 20 mm; the 5% (n) index of the fibers of the sheath is between 25 mm and 40 mm, more preferably in the range between 28 and 36 mm; the short fiber content SFC(n) of the sheath is between 30% and 70%; and the filament core comprises a plurality of polyester filaments.

摘要： Aspects of the present invention relate to a dynamic woven material that is capable of undergoing a dimensional change in response to an external stimulus. The dynamic woven material comprises a plurality of discrete woven cells, where each woven cell comprises a reactive region and a non-reactive region. The reactive region changes from a first physical state to a second physical state when the woven material is exposed to the external stimulus. The woven material may be formed with zonal stretch properties by varying the areas occupied by the reactive region and the non-reactive region in each woven cell. For example, the bigger the area occupied by the reactive region in the woven cells in a particular zone of the dynamic woven material, the higher the level of stretch in the particular zone may be. Exemplary products manufactured from the dynamic woven material include, for example, articles of footwear.

摘要： The present disclosure relates to a woven textile fabric, the fabric including: a warp yarn with a yarn count of 10 s to 100 s comprising a blend of Lyocell fiber spun yarn and recycled polyester spun yarn; and a weft yarn with a yarn count of 10 s to 100 s comprising a blend of Lyocell fiber spun yarn and recycled polyester spun yarn, wherein the total content of the recycled polyester in the fabric is at least about 35%, further wherein said fabric exhibits rating of 3 or above when the fabric is tested for pilling after 1000 rubs. The advantageous fabric realized in accordance with embodiments of the present disclosure has excellent wrinkle resistance, high tensile strength, and low pilling.

A selvage area having a constant width is present on two opposite ends, continuously in a line form in the warp direction, without misalignment in the weft direction. As a result, when the polyester woven-fabric hook-and-loop fastener is sewn onto a garment or the like, a sewing thread sewn to the selvage area is in a straight line without meandering, and thus a sewn product excellent in appearance can be obtained.

The central core and the outer sheath are different colors from one another, such that upon a portion of the outer sheath being split or worn, the central core becomes discernably visible.
