摘要: A method for manufacturing fabric with flat screen and digital printed patterns includes: singeing, pretreatment, flat screen scraping sizing, drying, pattern printing, humidification, steaming treatment, washing, and non-ironing and soft setting. The pretreatment is a biological enzyme pretreatment process including: cloth feeding at 75° C., dipping, scouring and bleaching in a working fluid, heating to 90° C. for treatment of 30 minutes, draining, hot water washing and cold water washing. A shortened process flow can be realized, and the positioned sizing that uses a flat screen to scrape a sizing agent to a pattern position to be digital spray-printed on instead of traditional full-width sizing for sizing and printing, which greatly reduces the amount of sizing agent used, lowers production cost and reduces waste water pollution, and solves problem that the fabric is mottled caused by the application of sizing agent in areas without printed pattern due to full-width sizing.

摘要: An object is to identify endoglucanase and β-glucosidase genes by isolating genomic DNA containing cellulase genes, which are classified into endoglucanases or β-glucosidases, from Acremonium cellulolyticus, and sequencing the nucleotide sequences thereof. The inventors intensively compared the amino acid sequences of known endoglucanases and β-glucosidases with each other to find conserved region of amino acid sequences in Acremonium cellulolyticus, and various primers were designed based on the information. PCR was carried out using the various primers thus designed and genomic DNA or cDNA as a template. As a result, gene fragments of endoglucanases and β-glucosidases were obtained. Primers were designed based on the gene fragments, and PCR was carried out to amplify nine genes of endoglucanases and β-glucosidases. The nucleotide sequences thereof were sequenced, and the present invention was completed.

摘要: Ways to generate softened loofah embedded products are described. Such softened loofah is softened using a softening solution that includes papaya extract, liquid detergent, and water. The softening solution is heated during treatment of the loofah. The softened loofah is pre-rinsed with a solution of bleach and water and/or rinsed with water. The softened loofah is able to be embedded into a cleaning agent such as soap.

摘要: A process to clean carbon fiber fabric of a pre-applied sizing, while simultaneously activating or preparing the fabric to receive a polymer resin is described. The cleaning process and chemistry combines an enzymatic cleaning solution with an oxidizing agent. The enzymatic solution strips the fibers of lubricants, surfactants, and other chemicals of the sizing which might otherwise interfere with interfacial properties and bonding of the fabric to the matrix resin. The inclusion of an oxidizing agent concurrently adds hydroxyl groups to the surface of the fabric allowing for the grafting of organic copolymers to the surface of the fabric, the copolymer being chosen based upon the desired polymer resin. This process provides a customized finished carbon fiber fabric to bond to a specific polymer resin, without interference resulting from an inadequate fiber sizing chemistry. In this way, a customizable finished fabric may be manufactured.
