摘要: A sheet manufacturing apparatus includes comprises a screening unit configured to screen a defibrated material obtained by defibration treatment, and a sheet forming unit configured to form a sheet with the defibrated material screened with the screening unit. The screening unit has a first screening unit to which a plurality of first openings are provided and a second screening unit to which a plurality of second openings larger than the first openings are provided, and the defibrated material is screened by the first screening unit and the second screening unit. The defibrated material is screened at one of either the first screening unit or the second screening unit and thereafter screened at the other, and the sheet forming unit forms the sheet with the defibrated material that does not pass through the first openings and does pass through the second openings.

摘要: The invention relates to a process and an apparatus for producing a molded fiber article. The process comprises the steps of —dissolving fibrous materials in water to form a fibrous material suspension in a pulper, —removing moisture from the fibrous material suspension by pressing to form a molded fiber article in a mold and/or —drying the molded fiber article by supplying heat, —demolding the molded fiber article from the mold. The process is characterized by the feature whereby, in mold drying of the molded fiber article in the mold, a moisture content of the molded fiber article of not more than 10% by weight or not more than 7.5% by weight or not more than 5% by weight is achieved.

摘要: The purpose of the present invention is to provide technology for regenerating pulp having high quality with compact pulp regenerating equipment and less energy.In the pulp regenerating method of the present invention, pulp slurry containing 1.5 wt % or more of a solid component including waste paper pulp is separated into a long fiber fraction and a short fiber fraction by using an outward type slit screen including an opening portion having a slit width in the range of 0.1 mm to 0.3 mm. The solid component ratio of the long fiber fraction and the short fiber fraction is in the range from 10:90 to 60:40, and the difference in Canadian Standard Freeness of the long fiber fraction and the short fiber fraction is in the range of 100 ml to 300 ml.
