    摘要: A hydraulic system includes a high pressure fluid source and a hydraulic actuator fluidly connected to the high pressure fluid source, and a low pressure fluid system fluidly connected to the hydraulic actuator via a fluid return line, and a hydraulic valve. The hydraulic valve includes a return spring and an elongate member, which is movably arranged in its longitudinal direction for controlling a fluid flow. The elongate member is biased to a closed position by the return spring. The elongate member forms a needle, the hydraulic valve includes a needle receiving body having a needle seat and the needle is engageable with the needle seat so as to control the fluid flow.

    摘要: A needle type fuel injector has a needle control chamber at a pressure subject to a control valve in a control valve chamber which in an opening phase is lifted from its seat to expose the control valve chamber, connecting passage, and needle control chamber to a low pressure drain and in a closing phase is urged against the seat to isolate the control valve chamber, connecting passage, and needle control chamber from the drain. The potential for cavitation at high fuel injection pressure is reduced by throttling the flow of fuel past the control valve seat when the control valve opens, thereby maintaining sufficient back pressure in the control valve chamber and upstream connecting passages.

    摘要: In a fuel injection device, a pressure control valve is configured to make communication between an outflow port and a return channel and to interrupt the communication so as to control pressure of a fuel in a pressure control chamber, a valve member is configured to open and close a valve portion in response to the pressure of the fuel in the pressure control chamber, and a pressing member is arranged to be reciprocated and displaced in the pressure control chamber. The pressing member has an outer wall surface portion that is opposite to an inner wall surface portion of the control body to be capable of contacting the inner wall surface portion of the control body, and at least one of the outer wall surface portion of the pressing member and the inner wall surface portion of the control body is provided with a recess portion that is recessed to a side separated from the other one of the outer wall surface portion of the pressing member and the inner wall surface portion of the control body.

    摘要: A fuel injection system for an internal combustion engine includes an engine management system, a return conduit connected to a low-pressure fuel system, and a common rail for storing and supplying a relatively high-pressure fuel to injectors. Each injector has a nozzle for injecting fuel into the engine, a valve installed between the common rail and the nozzle, and a spill valve connected by its inlet to the outlet of the valve and by its outlet to the return conduit. A first automatic isolating valve is installed between the common rail and the injector and a second automatic isolating valve is installed between the return conduit and the low-pressure fuel system.

    摘要: A common rail single fluid fuel injection system includes fuel injectors with a single electrical actuator but the ability to produce ramp, square and split injection rate shapes. This is accomplished by including a control valve member that is operably coupled to the electrical actuator and is movable between a high pressure seat and a low pressure seat. A fuel supply passage is opened to a nozzle passage by moving an admission valve member from a closed position to an open position by relieving fuel pressure on a control surface via movement of the control valve member. In addition, a needle valve member is movable from a closed position to an open position by relieving pressure on a closing hydraulic surface associated with the needle valve, which is again accomplished via movement of the control valve member via the electrical actuator.

    摘要: A fuel injector for injecting fuel into a combustion chamber of an internal combustion engine, having a pressure booster in which the piston divides a work chamber, acted upon permanently by fuel via a pressure source, from a pressure-relievable differential pressure chamber. A pressure change in the differential pressure chamber is effected via an actuation of a servo valve. The control chamber of the servo valve can be pressure-relieved via a relief valve and which opens or closes a hydraulic connection of the differential pressure chamber with a return. For closing the servo valve piston, the control chamber can be acted upon by a fuel volume diverted from the differential pressure chamber. The action of fuel on the control chamber is effected via lines that contain throttle restrictions. A pressure relief of the control chamber is effected via a relief valve into a return on the low-pressure side.
