摘要： The present teachings generally include a composite rotor assembly comprising a shaft and a rotor body mounted to the shaft. The rotor body can include a core structure including a cured polymeric material wholly or partly defining plurality of lobes joined by adjacent root portions. The rotor body can also include a support structure continuously extending the length of the core structure to provide additional structural integrity to the rotor body. The support structure can be wholly or partially embedded within the core structure and can also be wrapped around the exterior of the core structure. In one example, the core structure includes an epoxy resin and the support structure includes a carbon fiber material.

摘要： A hysteresis magnet coupling for Roots type pumps comprises a magnet plate holding member connected to either one of a pump shaft or a driving shaft, a hysteresis plate holding member connected to the other of shafts and a diaphragm of a non-magnetic material interposed between a magnetic plate and a hysteresis plate and hermetically sealed at its peripheral portion to a pump housing to prevent heat generated at the hysteresis plate from transferring to the magnet plate to thereby maintain a stabilized operation of the pump.

摘要： A rotary piston engine whose two pistons each have one or more sectors of greater radial dimensions sealingly engaging inner walls of two cylindrical, intersecting cavities respectively receiving the pistons, and one or more sectors of smaller radial dimensions which engage the larger sectors in all angular positions of the piston and radially bound working chambers with the inner casing wall. The pistons are coupled for simultaneous rotation of equal angular velocity, and the working chambers expand and contract cyclically because they are circumferentially bounded by the larger piston sectors and by a sealing arrangement connecting the engaged piston portions. A compressor drivingly connected to one of the rotary pistons supplies compressed fluid to the working chamber when it is at its minimum volume, and explosion of the fluid expands the chamber and turns the piston.

摘要： Aspects of the present invention relate to a stator component for a pump housing. The stator component has a plurality of fluid inlet channels for conveying fluid to respective pumping chambers. The fluid inlet channels each have an inlet port for conveying fluid into the pumping chamber. A plurality of fluid transfer channels are provided for conveying fluid to a respective one of the fluid inlet channels. The fluid transfer channels each have an inlet for receiving pumped fluid. The stator component is adapted to receive at least one sealing member for inhibiting the conveyance of fluid into an associated one of the pumping chambers. Aspects of the present invention relate to a pump housing, a cover plate and a pump. Aspects of the present invention also relate to a method of converting a stator component.
