摘要: The present invention relates to a blade comprising: a structure of aerodynamic profile comprising two mutually opposite skins; and a spar comprising a fibrous reinforcement obtained by three-dimensional weaving and densified by the matrix, the spar comprising a blade root portion extending outside the structure of aerodynamic profile and an airfoil portion arranged inside the structure of aerodynamic profile between the two skins. Moreover, within the blade root portion, the fibrous reinforcement of the spar comprises a non-debound region and at least two debound regions extending radially from the non-debound region so as to form at least four separate branches.

摘要: A fan includes a hub configured to be driven by motor to rotate about a fan rotational axis, blades that protrude radially from the hub and a band that surrounds the rotational axis and connects the tips of the blades. The band includes features that structurally reinforce the knit lines. In some embodiments, the features are thickened regions that protrude from outer surface of the band in a direction away from the hub. A thickened region is disposed between respective tips of each pair of adjacent blades. In some embodiments, the features are structurally—reinforcing ribs that protrude from the hub-facing surface of the band. A rib is disposed between respective tips of each pair of adjacent blades. In some embodiments, the features are both ribs and thickened regions.

摘要: A fan impeller includes a hub, a shaft, a metal housing and a plurality of blades. The outer periphery of the hub has a curved surface. The shaft is disposed in the hub and connected to the hub. The metal housing has an annular shape and is disposed in the hub. A magnetic ring is disposed at the inner side of the metal housing. The blades are disposed around the outer periphery of the hub. The blades are projected along an extension direction toward the shaft to define projection areas thereof, and the projection area of a top and a bottom of any one of the blades is partially overlapped with other two adjacent blades. A distance between an outer edge of each blade and a rotational axis of the fan decreases proximate the top of the blade and then increases towards the bottom of the blade.

摘要: A fan blade structure of a convection fan includes a fan blade body. The fan blade body includes a central disk secured to the rotating shaft of the motor and multiple blades evenly distributed in a circumferential direction of the central disk. The fan blade body further includes an outer edge frame, the outer edge frame is connected to an outmost side of each of the blades in a radial direction of the central disk. The outer edge frame is connected to an outmost side of the blade in the radial direction of the central disk through the outer edge frame, which makes all the outmost sides of all the blades secured to the outer edge frame, thus the stability of the blade is strengthened, blade deformation in harsh environments is avoided, thereby the balance performance of the fan blade is improved, and the vibration or noise is reduced.
