摘要: An accumulator of the invention is provided with a safety mechanism for an emergency which releases an internal pressure of the housing to the oil port side so as to prevent the housing from being exploded by the internal pressure of the housing which comes to a higher pressure in an emergency, for example, occurrence of fire disaster. The safety mechanism for the emergency has a taper portion in a corner portion between the tubular portion and the end surface portion of the stay. The taper portion is buckled at its root position in the emergency. In the case that the taper portion is buckled, a pressure releasing flow path is formed between the bellows cap or the retained member and the taper portion as well as the bellows cap or the retained member and the end surface portion come away. The stay can be manufactured only by press molding.

The first part is located closer to the outer chamber than a welded part between the base member and the cover member. The second part is located closer to the outer chamber than the welded part, facing the first part.

摘要: The invention addresses the problem of avoiding insufficient flow being supplied to the hydraulic actuator and speed becoming insufficient during light loads in hydraulic machinery such as hydraulic shovels when the engine rotation speed is set low during normal work. The solution is to increase the discharge flow of the hydraulic pump (2) by increasing the rotation speed of the engine (1) above the target rotation speed set by the engine rotation speed-setting means (14) when the hydraulic pump (2) discharge pressure is at the light load pump discharge pressure, the hydraulic pump (2) inclination angle is at the maximum inclination angle, and the negative control signal pressure is at the signal pressure when the hydraulic actuator-operating means (7) is at full operation.

The first recessed portion includes a bottom surface of a plane surface or a circular arc shaped curved surface which is convex toward outside of the body portion from inside thereof. At least one of both end portions of the bottom surface in the circumferential direction is joined with an outer circumferential surface of the body portion.

摘要: An accumulator includes a bellows housed to freely expand and contract in a shell, a port part having a pressure fluid inflow port formed therein, and a self-sealing member arranged on a tip portion of the bellows to face the port part, in which when a pressure in the fluid chamber is lower than a predetermined pressure relative to an air chamber, the self-sealing member is allowed to abut onto a seal area of the port part to block the pressure fluid inflow port. The self-sealing member includes a resilient member arranged on a surface of a base material part, and an overhanging portion formed on the resilient member and allowed to abut onto the seal area for sealing. The port part includes a seal face having the seal area formed thereon, and a projecting portion arranged on a region other than the seal area on the seal face.

The emergency safety mechanism allows a fluid chamber and the oil port to communicate via a first pressure release flow passage, which is formed due to a seal holder provided with recesses and projections on part of the circumference being seated on a seating surface, and a second pressure release flow passage formed due to a rubber-like elastic body of the seal disappearing as a result of the high temperature.
