    摘要: A bellows accumulator, consisting of at least two housing parts (4, 6) which form an accumulator housing (2), and having a separating bellows (20), which is movably arranged in the accumulator housing (2) and separates two media spaces (8, 22) from each other and is at least on its one free end fixed to a securing device (24) in the accumulator housing (2), wherein said securing device (24) is welded to the adjacently arranged housing parts (4, 6), is characterized in that the adjacently arranged housing parts (4, 6) comprise at least in part titanium materials, in that the securing device (24) consists of at least two interconnected components (26, 30), at least one (26) of which comprises at least in part titanium materials and is welded to the adjacently arranged housing parts (4, 6), and in that the respective other component (30), consisting of a different metal material, is used for securing the separating bellows (20) to the securing device (24).

    摘要: A pressure accumulator includes a housing having a housing cavity, a piston axially displaceable in the housing cavity between a first final position and a second final position and having a pressure surface which together with a wall of the housing cavity delimits at least partially a reservoir connectable to an ICE consumer in a fluid-conveying manner, an energy store cooperating with the piston, the piston being displaceable against the force of the energy store from the first final position into the second final position in that the reservoir is acted on by pressure using a pressure medium, and a locking device for locking the piston in the second final position. A locking tube is connected to the piston and supported within the housing in an axially shiftable manner, and lockable at an end of the housing facing away from the reservoir with the aid of a locking pin.

    摘要: A pressure vessel (10) has partially telescoped upper and lower shells (12, 14), a diaphragm (20a) with a peripheral edge (26) trapped and sealed between the shells (12, 14), and compression structure (50, 52) on the inner side (44a) of the peripheral edge (26) of the diaphragm (20a) reducing the amount of diaphragm material requiring compression and also increasing the compression of the bulge (42) of the peripheral edge (26) of the diaphragm (20a) in the bulge (34) of the upper wall section (18) of the lower shell (14) to enhance the seal thereat. The compression structure includes one or more internal ribs (50, 52) on the inner side (44a) of the peripheral edge (26) of the diaphragm (20a) such that the inner cylindrical wall portion (38) of the lower wall section (16) of the upper shell (12) compresses the internal ribs (50, 52) and subjects the bulge (42) of the peripheral edge (26) of the diaphragm (20a) to a direct force to provide the noted increased compression of the bulge (42) of the peripheral edge (26) of the diaphragm (20a), and such that the inner cylindrical wall portion (38) of the lower wall section (16) of the upper shell (12) engages and compresses the first rib (50) to apply a radial outward force compressing the peripheral edge (26) of the diaphragm (44a) radially outwardly against a tapered wall portion (54) of the upper wall section (18) of the lower shell (14) which also compresses the peripheral edge (26) of the diaphragm (44a) downwardly into the widest radial area portion of the bulge (34) of the upper wall section (18) of the lower shell (14) to enhance the seal thereat, all while still maintaining ease of telescoped assembly of the shells (12, 14), and such that the radial force on the ribs (50, 52) from the inner cylindrical wall portion (38) of the lower wall section (16) of the upper shell (12) is allowed to spread the ribs (50, 52) axially into less compressed areas (74, 82) to enable the noted reduction in the amount of diaphragm material requiring compression.

    摘要: The present invention is directed to a dependable, low cost, low pressure accumulator characterized by the provision of a bladder support subassembly secured to an end cap member by an annular weld line, the connection between the noted components being effected prior to insertion of the assembly and end cap into a cylindrical pressure vessel component, whereby the opposed surfaces in registry with the weld are exposed to ambient temperatures, eliminating the danger of damage to the bladder in the course of welding. The bladder subassembly and end cap are thereafter inserted into and weldingly connected to a pressure vessel, the open mouth portion of which is inwardly deformed to overlie the end cap and retainer portion of the bladder subassembly, dependably to secure the components together and to effect the desired seals between adjacent components. The invention is further directed to the method of forming the described vessel.

    摘要: A pressure accumulator and method of forming the same is disclosed which comprises the steps of advancing a cylindrical resilient metallic sleeve carrying a separator or bladder through the open mouth of a shell forming a part of the casing of the accumulator, the shell including on an inner wall surface thereof an annular groove defining an inwardly directed sharpened lip in the casing wall. The sleeve is positioned such that the outer circumference thereof, adjacent its upper end, is disposed in abutting relation to the said lip. An electrode is placed against the upper edge of the sleeve opposite the lip at a position remote from the deformable bladder. The shell section and the electrode are relatively rotated about an axis of revolution coincident with the longitudinal axis of the shell while electrical current is passed through the electrode, sleeve, and into the casing, the current flow being sufficient to induce a melting and consequent fusion between components of the metal forming the sleeve and lip portion, whereby the sleeve is secured to the shell section and a seal is defined by the annular fused portions of the shell and the sleeve. Thereafter the open mouth portions of the shells are welded together to define a completed casing.

    摘要: The accumulator disclosed herein has a spring, which consists of two or more concentric steel cylinders with at least one cylinder sleeve of neoprene between them. The contact surfaces of the steel and the neoprene are bonded together and have a shear strength equal to the shear strength of the neoprene itself. The inner cylinder is connected to a piston rod and the outer cover encloses the assembly. The length of the space is such that sufficient preload is placed on the assembly to hold the parts together, even under shock conditions. A manifold connecting a relief valve and a check valve with the appropriate passages and porting is attached to the side of the cylinder, permitting the passage of oil into and out of both ends of the cylinder.
