    摘要: A pressure controlling valve includes a slidable spool arranged to be spring loaded towards a neutral position. A first port and a second port are connected to allow a fluid flow through the valve. A first and a second pilot port are connected to a cavity adjacent a respective first and second end surface of the spool. The pilot ports are connected to a fluid conduit on either side of a fluid device causing a pressure drop in the fluid conduit and the fluid device is connected to one of the first or second ports. The spool is displaced against the spring load in response to a pressure difference between the first and the second pilot port, whereby a control surface of the spool is arranged to restrict the fluid flow through the valve when the control surface approaches a central cavity.

    摘要: Disclosed is a hydraulic circuit for an option device of heavy construction equipment which can facilitate manipulation of the option device such as a breaker and optionally control a flow rate by supplying hydraulic fluid from a hydraulic pump to the option device at a constant flow rate, regardless of the size of load produced on the option device. The hydraulic circuit includes a variable displacement hydraulic pump, an option device connected to the hydraulic pump, a first spool, installed in a flow path between the hydraulic pump and the option device, for being shifted in response to a pilot signal pressure applied from an outside to control a flow rate applied from the hydraulic pump to the option device, a poppet, operatively installed in a flow path between the hydraulic pump and the first spool, for supplying hydraulic fluid to the option device when the first spool is shifted, a piston resiliently urged in a back pressure chamber of the poppet, and a second spool for being shifted by a pressure difference between pressures of the hydraulic fluid before and after the hydraulic fluid passes through the first spool, and controlling the flow rate applied to the back pressure chamber of the poppet via a through-path communicating with the back pressure chamber when the second spool is shifted.

In an electromagnetic proportional flow rate control valve 32, in which a valve member 2 is driven in a valve closing direction in accordance with the increase in a driving current I of a solenoid coil 15, a solenoid driving force F is set such that it decreases accompanying the displacement of the valve member 2 in the valve closing direction with respect to an identical driving current in the solenoid coil 15. Thus, an amount of change in an area of a valve opening with respect to unit changes in the driving current I becomes smaller in a region at which the stroke is small compared to a case of having flat characteristics, whereby the flow rate control precision in the low flow rate region can be improved.

Wherein high pressure in the load signal line allowing the control valve to move towards a closed position thereby overcoming bias of the biasing member and reducing flow to the inlet during a high pressure condition.
