    摘要: A system includes a pilot pump with an output that may be directed to a pilot circuit by way of a selector valve. The selector valve is shifted between a first position providing communication between the pump and the pilot circuit to a second position providing communication between the pilot pump and the hybrid circuit when pressure in the pilot circuit reaches a predetermined level. That pressure is used to hydraulically shift the selector valve to redirect flow from the pilot pump to the hybrid circuit. Both the pilot circuit and the hybrid circuit include accumulators for storing pressurized hydraulic fluid. The fluid stored in the pilot circuit is used for pilot functionality while the fluid stored in the hybrid circuit is used to power any one or more of a variety of power consuming components.

    摘要: A hydraulic unit (1) mounted on a vehicle with an adjustable platform which is supported by two mechanically separate arms actuated by a separate hydraulic lifting device (5, 6). The hydraulic unit has the supply and return and preferably includes a balance valve (21) for controlling lowering of the platforms; a flow divider (22) enabling a division of the supply fluid into two flows having an identical flow rate, and each supplying one of the hydraulic lifting devices; and a resetting solenoid valve (23) that, when the operator controls the resetting of the hydraulic lifting devices, regardless of the operation direction and position thereof, and isolates one of the hydraulic devices (6) in order to immobilize the same while the other hydraulic lifting device (5 or 6) is adjusted.

    摘要: A method is provided for controlling a hydraulic system of a working machine, which hydraulic system includes a first hydraulic machine for providing hydraulic fluid to a first actuator of the working machine, and a second hydraulic machine for providing hydraulic fluid to a second actuator of the working machine and for providing hydraulic fluid to the first actuator. The method includes using a first control mode, and in the first control mode allowing a flow of hydraulic fluid from the second hydraulic machine to the second actuator, wherein the pump pressure of the second hydraulic machine is selected based on the load pressure of the second actuator independently of the load pressure of the first actuator. The method further includes using a second control mode provided that the requested flow to the first actuator exceeds a predetermined threshold value, and in the second control mode allowing a flow of hydraulic fluid from the second hydraulic machine to the first actuator, wherein the pump pressure of the second hydraulic machine is selected based on the highest value of the load pressure of the second actuator and the load pressure of the first actuator.
