    摘要: According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, a hydraulic bearing (1) is provided, comprising an inner core (2), an outer shell (3) which radially surrounds the inner core (2), an elastomer body (4) which resiliently interconnects the inner core (2) and the outer shell (3) in order to allow a relative displacement between the inner core (2) and the outer shell (3), a first working chamber (5) and a second working chamber (6) which are fluidically interconnected by means of a working channel, a bypass chamber (8) which is connected to the first working chamber (5) by means of a first bypass channel (9), wherein the first working chamber (5) and the second working chamber (6) are configured such that an amount of a volume change in the case of a displacement of the inner core (2) relative to the outer shell (3), in a predetermined radial direction, is larger for the first working chamber (5) than for the second working chamber (6).

A thrust bearing system includes a rotatable member including a sleeve, and a flange extending radially on a downstream side of the sleeve, a swirling member on a top of the flange, the swirling member extending axially towards an impeller bottom, wherein as the swirling member rotates, the swirling member guides working fluid in an outwards and upwards direction from the swirling member. A rotating member of a thrust bearing surface includes a sleeve securable to a rotatable shaft of a stage, a flange extending radially around a top of the sleeve, and at least one swirling member extending axially downstream from a top of the flange towards a bottom of an impeller, wherein each of the at least one swirling member extends from an outer diameter towards an inner diameter of the flange.

    摘要: A rotating device includes: a rotating body, a fixed body and lubricant. A surrounding member in the fixed body has a sleeve and a housing for surrounding the sleeve. A first radial dynamic pressure generating groove and a second radial dynamic pressure generating groove are formed on at least one of the inner circumferential surface of the sleeve and the outer circumferential surface of a shaft in the rotating body. The sleeve has a flange portion protruding radially outward at the end portion of the sleeve near to a hub in the rotating body. A concave portion, which is made by axially concaving at least part of the area corresponding to a wall thickness of the sleeve on the inner circumference side of the flange portion, is circumferentially provided in the flange portion.

    摘要: A generator (5) for a wind turbine (1) is disclosed. The generator (5) comprises a rotor (3) configured to rotate about a rotational axis, and at least one stator (4) arranged next to the rotor (3). Each stator (4) comprises at least two subunits (8), the subunits (8) being arranged side-by-side along a moving direction of the rotor (3). Each subunit (8) comprises at least one flux-generating module (9) facing the rotor (3) but spaced therefrom, thereby defining an air gap between the rotor (3) and each flux-generating module (9). The subunits (8) are movable relative to each other along a direction which is substantially transverse to the moving direction of the rotor (3). This allows a subunit (8) to move in a manner which adjusts the air gap without affecting the position and the air gap of a neighbouring subunit (8). Thereby variations in the rotor (3) can be compensated and a uniform and constant air gap can be maintained. The invention further provides a wind turbine (1) comprising such a generator (5) and a method for performing service on a generator (5).

    摘要: The invention relates to a ring (120) that is intended for being mounted tightly around a shaft of a hydraulic machine to form a portion of a hydrostatic or hydrodynamic bearing. The ring includes at least one first section (122), at least one second section (124) and means (132) for mounting the first and second sections around the shaft. Each section (122, 124) includes two edge surfaces (1223, 1243) connecting the external (1221, 1241) and internal (1222, 1242) radial surfaces thereof. The first section (122) is provided with at least one threaded hole (127) accessible via an edge surface (1223) and capable of receiving a screw (132) projecting from an edge surface (1243) of the second section (124). The screw (132) is provided, on the portion of the shank (134) thereof that projects from the second section (124), with at least one raised pattern (140) for rotatably moving the shank (134) in order to screw or unscrew the shank in the threaded hole (127). The screw (132) is provided with a piston (130) sliding in a recess (128) arranged in the second section (124), connecting to the edge surface (1243) of the second section and isolated from the outside by a bearing (136). The second section (124) is provided with means for supplying pressurized fluid to a chamber (C1) with variable volume arranged between the piston (130) and the bearing (136), inside the recess (128).
