The first actuating device includes a first operating member, a first master cylinder and a first master piston. The first master piston moves in the first master cylinder in response to operation of the first operating member. The second actuating device includes a second operating member, a second master cylinder and a second master piston. The second master piston moves in the second master cylinder in response to operation of the second operating member. The hydraulic operated device includes a slave cylinder and a slave piston that is movably arranged in the slave cylinder. The slave cylinder has a slave fluid port that is connected to first and second fluid ports of the first and second master cylinders. Operation of either of the first and second operating members moves the slave piston.

Prior to the casting process for forming the caliper body, the brake hydraulic lines are pressed into a sand cast, and then the caliper body is formed by the casting process. The brake hose fixing device comprises: a brake hose fixing omnidirectional bolt which fixes by rotating into a thread on the caliper body; the brake hose seated on the brake hose fixing omnidirectional bolt; and a fixing nut which fixes the brake hose fixing omnidirectional bolt and brake hose by rotating same from the center thereof.

摘要： A brake system comprising: (a) a body assembly comprising: (i) an outboard side, (ii) an inboard side, (iii) a bridge extending between and connecting the inboard side and the outboard side, and (iv) two or more piston assemblies located entirely on the outboard side, entirely on the inboard side, or located both on the inboard side and the outboard side; and (b) an electric brake assembly comprising: (i) one or more differential assemblies in communication with the body assembly and each of the two or more piston assemblies; wherein the one or more differential assemblies provide power equally to each of the two or more piston assemblies so that each of the piston assemblies are moved axially in unison until a resistance of one of the two or more piston assemblies becomes higher than a remainder of the two or more piston assemblies and the one or more differential assemblies transfer power from the piston assembly with the higher resistance to the remainder of piston assemblies with a lower resistance so that the piston assembly with the higher resistance ceases to move and additional power is supplied to the remainder of the piston assemblies.
