    摘要: A shift mechanism that provides a shift mechanism for enabling smooth gear shifting by a transmission, and a vehicle equipped therewith. With this mechanism, a shift drum, to which shift forks are connected via grooves on an outer periphery, is held every predetermined rotation angle. When differences are produced in the degree of rotation between a third rotating member that rotates by motor rotation and a second rotating member that rotates in accordance with the third rotating member, bias is accumulated in a torsion spring. Bias that is accumulated is released when the rotation angle of the third rotating member equals or exceeds a predetermined angle of rotation, rotating a first rotating member via a second rotating member, and rotating the shift drum quickly.

Two transmission shafts are interconnected, by way of the shift element, in a rotationally fixed manner in one shifting position, and are decoupled from one another in another shifting position.     摘要: The present invention provides a shift mechanism disposed in a housing for providing operable communication between a shift actuator and a shift sleeve. The shift mechanism generally includes a shift rail, a shift fork, a first biasing member, and a second biasing member. The shift rail is slidably supported by the housing. The shift fork is slidably disposed on the shift rail and engages the shift sleeve. The first biasing member is disposed between the shift actuator and the shift rail for selectively biasing the shift rail in a first direction upon actuation of the shift actuator. The second biasing member is disposed between the housing and the shift fork for biasing the shift fork in a second direction that is substantially opposite the first direction.

    摘要: A gear-shifting device 50 for a manual transmission comprises a shift arm 53, which is rotatable in correspondence to the shift operation of a change-lever L, and shift pieces 41, 43 and 45, each of which shifts in correspondence to the rotation of the shift arm 53, with this shifting of the shift piece 41 achieving a gear shift. The gear-shifting device 50 further comprises a load-attenuating mechanism 90, which includes a spline groove 51b, a fitting room 91, a steel ball 92 and a coned spring 93. In the attenuating mechanism, the steel ball 92 is pushed to the spline groove 51b by the coned spring 93, allowing the shift arm 53 to rotate with respect to the shift selector shaft 51 to reduce the load acting on the change-lever L from synchro-sleeves 71, 73 and 75.
