摘要: A shift cable for transmitting of operation commands to a transmission comprises a cable conduit, an inner cable, a socket and a shift tuning structure. The socket is adapted to attach the shift cable to a housing. The shift tuning structure is provided between the cable conduit and the socket in order to provide a vibration dampening between the inner cable and the socket and to provide a desired shift feeling when the inner cable is transmitting an operation command. The shift tuning structure comprises a stiff, low-density material which is separated from the socket in axial and radial directions through a flexible material, which is thinner than the stiff, low-density material.

摘要: A hydraulic control system for a motor vehicle transmission includes a pressure regulation subsystem in fluid communication with a pump for providing pressurized hydraulic fluid. A manual valve assembly is in direct fluid communication with the pressure regulation subsystem, and is moveable by an operator of the motor vehicle between at least park, neutral, drive, and reverse positions. A default disable valve assembly is in direct fluid communication with the manual valve assembly, a default disable solenoid, and a default select valve assembly. The manual valve assembly is in direct fluid communication with the default disable valve assembly which is in direct fluid communication with the default disable solenoid and the default select valve assembly. The default disable solenoid enables the default disable valve assembly to enable three default modes of operation and the default select valve assembly selects between two of the three default modes of operation.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a gear selection unit for an automatic transmission. The gear selection unit may include a mount having a gate, where the gate has an automatic channel oriented in a longitudinal direction and a tapping channel disposed adjacent to the automatic channel, and where the automatic channel and the tapping channel are connected to one another via a connecting channel. A selection lever may be inserted in the gate, and the selection lever may be pivotably supported in the mount. A cable pull slider may be movably supported in the longitudinal direction in the mount, where the cable pull slider is coupled to the selection lever via a releasable first coupling device when the selection lever is disposed in the automatic channel. A connector may be coupled in the longitudinal direction to the cable pull slider via a second coupling device.
