摘要: A mounting aid device for mounting a valve slide in a housing bore of a valve housing of a slide valve includes a mounting slide arranged movably in a guide of a guide piece and protruding out of the guide of the guide piece on both sides. The guide piece includes a first stop, with which the guide piece is placeable coaxially to the housing bore when the guide piece contacts the valve housing at the first stop. The mounting slide configured to protrude into the housing bore until contact on the second end region of the valve slide and, by force-loading of the mounting slide under compression of the spring element, the valve slide is movable until the valve slide reaches the first end position.

摘要: A portable control device (10) for regulating a continuous oxygen flow to a user from an oxygen source, comprising: an inlet (11), to which the oxygen source may be fluidly connected; an outlet (12), to which a breathing device may be fluidly connected; a valve arrangement (20) fluidly connected to said inlet and to said outlet, said valve arrangement being adjustable between a maximum flow state corresponding to a maximum continuous flow of oxygen from the inlet to the outlet, and a minimum flow state corresponding to a minimum continuous flow of oxygen; and an actuator (13) movable between a maximum and a minimum position and being mechanically connected to the valve arrangement so that when said actuator is in the maximum position said valve arrangement is in the maximum flow state and when said actuator is in said minimum position said valve arrangement is in said minimum flow state.

摘要: A throttle device comprises a device housing with an inlet and an outlet and a throttle element arranged in a connecting duct connecting the inlet and the outlet, said throttle element comprising at least two throttle components to be adjusted relative to one another and by the relative position of which an opening surface of the throttle element is determined, at least the first throttle component being actively connected with a drive means for an adjustment relative to the second throttle component. In order to guarantee with a simplified construction a safe operation of the throttle device without the risk of a choking of the corresponding throttle element and to simultaneously realize a simple possibility of movement for the throttle components, the throttle components are throttling discs to be rotated relative one to another at least one of which being movably connected with a rotary adjustment device of the drive means, the throttling dics each comprising at least one throttle opening the overlap of which determines the opening surface depending on the relative position of the throttling discs.

摘要: A drain valve with flow control allows liquid to flow into or out of a liquid-container product only when desired by use of a restriction cap having a control ring that twists in and out of a base ring in order to control the flow of liquid in and out of the drain valve. The invention may be used with a wide variety of hose connectors and or safety caps. In one embodiment, the restriction cap is comprised of a flow valve that has a flow valve top, flow apertures, a flow valve base, and flow valve threads and a control ring that has a control ring top, a control ring base, a control ring center aperture, and control ring protrusions. The control ring is sealed snugly against the flow valve top by means of an O-ring when the drain valve is in the closed position, in order to prevent leakage through the flow apertures, and is also sealed against the side of the flow valve by an O-ring, in order to prevent leakage via the channel within which the control ring moves in the base ring. The control ring of the restriction cap twists in and out of the base ring in order to control the flow of liquid in and out of the drain valve. As the control ring is twisted into the base ring, the control ring protrusions twist within channels inside the base ring and the piston valve is depressed, allowing liquid to flow from the drain valve into the hose connector. As the control ring is twisted out of the base ring, the control ring base blocks the flow apertures, preventing liquid from flowing into the drain valve.

摘要: An infinitely variable pressure relief valve for sphygmomanometers or similar instruments for controlling the rate of flow of compressed air from a zero flow to gradual pressure relief to substantially complete and instantaneous full pressure relief. The valve comprises an axially and radially displaceable collar means having a passage therein and a pin radially extending into said passage. Disposed within said passage in said collar means is a stationary member having a tapered axial vent slot and a helical slot wherein is tracked said pin axially and radially displaceable in unison with said collar means. A sealing means is provided which is axially and radially displaceable in unison with said collar means and said pin from a first position on a first side of said tapered slot and spaced therefrom, through a plurality of intermediate positions immediately adjacent said tapered slot at a plurality of locations along the axial length of said slot, to a second position on a second side of said tapered slot and spaced therefrom.

摘要: A valve plug is movable between first and second outlets. A two position selector rod is movable to push the valve plug into a first position in which it blocks flow through the second outlet and all flow is through the first outlet. The selector rod is retractable from the valve plug into its second position. When this is done the position of the valve plug is determined by pressure differential and calibrated spring forces acting on it. These forces position the valve plug to divide flow between the two outlets. Flow through the second outlet is maintained substantially constant while excess flow is diverted through the first outlet.
