    Abstract: Disclosed is a minor water leak prevention apparatus for a water inlet valve. A float is mounted on a regulation bar and received in a water container. The water container is mounted on a siphon tube. The siphon tube is formed with an air aperture. A counterweight buoyance switch is mounted on the water container. The counterweight buoyance switch has a counterweight water compartment having a lower end forming a water drain hole. The counterweight water compartment has an upper end to which a closure pressing plate is mounted. The closure pressing plate is opposite to the air aperture. The counterweight buoyance switch controls opening/closing of the air aperture. This arrangement allows water ingress through a water inlet valve to be stopped when minor water leakage occurs in a water tank.

    Abstract: Disclosed is an automatic gas intake and exhaust valve device including a main body part having an orifice hole at one side and an intake and exhaust hole at an opposite side, an opening/closing member movably inserted into the main body part to open/close the intake and exhaust hole, and a coupling member extending along one side of the main body part to couple the main body part with a pipe in the communication state of the pipe. The opening/closing member floats according to a flow velocity of a fluid introduced into the main body part and discharged out of the main body part, to close the intake and exhaust hole, and drops down to the bottom of the main body part by a weight of the opening/closing member to open the intake and exhaust hole if a fluid level is lowered, thereby automatically introduce and exhaust internal air of the pipe and facilities.

    Abstract: A flush valve apparatus for a toilet tank includes a float that provides a buoyancy force to a flush valve flapper. The float may be coupled to a chain connecting a lever and the flapper, or directly to the flapper. The float may be selected from a set of floats having a variety of sizes and shapes. Once a selected float is installed, the position of the float is fixed relative to the valve flapper, thus preventing change in the amount of water consumption per flush, which depends upon the buoyancy force on the flapper. For different standards, floats of different shapes and/or sizes may be selected such that the amount of water consumption per flush meets the standards.

    Abstract: An over filling interdiction valve, fitted within a fluid tank, the valve comprising a housing furnished with a first fluid inlet at a bottom end thereof and a first fluid outlet at top end thereof, a float member located within the housing and being displaceable along its longitudinal axis between the first inlet and the first outlet. The float member comprises at its bottom end a second fluid inlet and near its top end a second fluid outlet. Sealing means are associated at a top end of the float member for sealing the first fluid outlet and biasing means are provided within the housing for biasing the float member towards the first fluid outlet. The arrangement being such that the biasing means together with buoyancy forces acting on the float member tend to urge the float member to a sealing position in which the sealing means sealingly engage with the first fluid outlet, whilst gravity forces acting on the float member tend to displace the float member away from the first fluid outlet to an unsealed position. The valve further comprises means for restricting fluid ingress into the float member, wherein raising of the fluid level in the tank results in rise of the fluid level within the housing, as a consequence of which the float member is urged to the sealing position.

    Abstract: The float is employed for controlling the valve of a water tank of a toilet for regulating the water level. The float has a solid core with wall structure extending therefrom forming a sealed chamber located on one side of the core. An aperture extends through the core. The volume of the chamber is greater than the volume of the core and the chamber and most of the volume of the float is located on one side of the aperture. The aperture will receive the free end of a rod which is connected to the valve. The float may be rotated around the rod and secured thereto at different angular positions to select the desired water level at which the valve is closed.
