摘要: A flow and pressure stabilization device comprises a housing; a first fluid chamber; a gas chamber; a deformable bladder that separates the first fluid chamber from the gas chamber and at least partially defines a volume of the first fluid chamber; a second fluid chamber in fluid communication with the first fluid chamber via a fluid passage; and a variable flow valve in fluid communication with the second fluid chamber, the variable flow valve comprising: a fluid port in fluid communication with a fluid outlet; a deformable diaphragm positioned adjacent the fluid port, the diaphragm at least partially defining a volume of the second fluid chamber; and an outflow control button coupled to the diaphragm and extending at least partially into the fluid port, the outflow control button comprising an at least partially tapered surface.

摘要: An anti-cavitation seat which is disposable between an inlet and an outlet of a pressure reducing valve, and including a plurality of inlets causing fluid to flow into a converging pathway to reduce pressure of the fluid. The inlets form a tortuous path for a portion of the fluid flowing into the anti-cavitation seat, so as to further reduce the pressure of the fluid. A standard stem assembly is used in conjunction with the anti-cavitation seat to alter the flow of fluid through the valve.

摘要: A dispensing valve for dispensing a liquid including a valve housing having a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet, an armature positioned in the housing, the armature being reciprocal between an open and closed position, a sealing disk fixedly secured to a sealing end of the armature for sealing engaging a valve seat positioned about the fluid outlet for providing selective fluid communication between the fluid inlet and the fluid outlet and a flow control device positioned in the fluid outlet for providing a substantially quiet and constant flow of liquid through the fluid outlet. The flow control device including a high pressure region and a low pressure region downstream of the high pressure region with the high pressure region of the flow control device including a flow control orifice having an inside diameter less than a diameter of the fluid outlet and the low pressure region of the flow control device intersects the high pressure region of the flow control device. Additionally, the low pressure region has a first dimension less than the inside diameter of the orifice and a second dimension greater than the inside diameter of the orifice, with the second dimension being transverse to the first dimension. The body of the aid flow control device includes a substantially cylindrical portion and a substantially conical portion with the conical portion being positioned downstream of the cylindrical portion which includes the high pressure region while the conical portion includes said low pressure region.

摘要: A rotary valve for fluid flowing in a pipe. The valve has a body provided with upstream and downstream segments located on either side of a central recess constituting a seat into which a rotary sealing element, including a through-channel, is inserted. A decompression insert is arranged in the upstream segment and provided with a first cylindrical section having an outer cross-section equal to the cross-section of the upstream segment, a second cylindrical section having a cross-section that is narrower than the first cylindrical section, and a third section, referred to as frusta-conical connection section, for connecting the first and second sections. The decompression insert has a plurality of radial openings provided in at least one of the walls of the second and/or the third sections in order to diffuse the fluid toward the through-channel of the sealing element during a partial opening phase of the rotary valve.

A main duct includes a convergent portion, a restricted-section portion having a variable area of passage, and a divergent portion. An actuator assembly includes an intake volume and a second inlet port in fluid communication with the intake volume by valve means provided for enabling intake of a second fluid flow through the second inlet port and towards the intake volume, wherein the second fluid flow is drained off through the first discharge port together with the first fluid flow.

摘要: Several downhole flow control devices are disclosed which are meterable and are also capable of shutting of a particular zone in a well. The several embodiments include a multiple valve body, a toroidal inflatable valve, and a series of related choke systems. The downhole flow control choke mechanisms each include a downhole electronics package to provide programming or decision making capacity as well as motor actuation systems. Each choke mechanism also includes a system whereby the device can be converted to manual operation and actuated by a conventional shifting tool.

摘要: A speed control valve for fluid motors in which the flow passages through the valve body are formed by a first bore extending part way into the valve housing, a second bore of smaller diameter extending toward the first bore, a third bore extending transversely of the first and second bores and intersecting the first bore, a fourth bore connecting the second and third bores, and a valve element seating on the intersection of the third and fourth bores to control flow of fluid between the first and second bores. There may also be a fifth bore connecting the first and fourth bores and a second valve element seating on the intersection of the fourth and fifth bores to further control flow of fluid between the first and second bores.
