    摘要: A superheated-steam heating nozzle is provided that includes: first-fourth steam pipes concentrically disposed from inside to outside; an outlet connection is provided to the outlet side of the superheated-steam heating nozzle and receives steam from the first steam pipe; a blow-out nozzle is connected to the outlet connection; multiple electric heaters disposed in the gap between the second steam pipe and the third steam pipe and whose sealed sections at the tips traverse a temperature-rise-prevention section and protrude towards the superheated-steam heating nozzle; a first loop-back section on the outlet side connects the gap between the third steam pipe and the fourth steam pipe with the gap between the first steam pipe and the second steam pipe; and a second loop-back section on the inlet side connects the gap between the first steam pipe and the second steam pipe with the inside of the first steam pipe.

    摘要: An electric steam generator for generating superheated steam for domestic use includes a cylindrical body provided with a plurality of sector-shaped vaporization chambers closed at their top by a removable plate defining at its central region a first superheating chamber. An inverted cup-shaped body closed at its top by a plate and having a lateral wall defines, together with the removable plate, a second superheating chamber surrounding the first superheating chamber. The body is provided with an electric resistance heater for heating the vaporization and superheating chambers to operating temperature. Water is pumped into the vaporization chambers where it is instantaneously vaporized to steam which flows therefrom in series through the first and second superheating chambers to a steam delivery duct. The vaporization chambers and superheating chambers are connected by ducts of reduced diameter to subject the flowing steam alternately to acceleration in the ducts and to expansion in the chambers thereby assuring complete vaporization of the water and delivery of dry superheated steam.

    摘要: An illustrative embodiment of the invention provides a cost effective reuseable erection system for use in the erection and handling of pendant superheater modules of a steam generating system. Sections of the modules are attached to and enclosed in a simple supporting and stabilizing framework which may be detachably connected to a lift beam disposed in spaced relation and aligned longitudinally above the module section in the lateral plane through the center of gravity of the module - framework structure. This disposition of the lift beam enables a single lift line, attached to the lift beam at the longitudinal plane of the center of gravity of the module-framework-lift beam structure, to lift the structure during handling and erection. Further, since the lift beam is detachable and therefore not part of the supporting framework a substantial savings in framing material and shipping and storing fees is established.

    摘要: A deviation between an inlet-outlet temperature difference of a first superheater part and an inlet-outlet temperature difference of each of second superheater parts can be reduced so that a difference in thermal expansion between the first superheater part and the second superheater part can be reduced. It is therefore possible to avoid damage on heat transfer pipes. A solar collector for a solar heat boiler is provided with: cylindrical headers (1,3,5) which are connected to opposite end portions of heat transfer pipes; and a solar heat collection portion including the heat transfer pipes and membrane bars fixing the heat transfer pipes to one another; wherein: the cylindrical headers include an inlet header (1) into which a fluid to be heated flows, an intermediate header (3) which is disposed in a position opposed to the inlet header (1) with interposition of the heat transfer pipes, and two outlet headers (5,5) which are provided to extend on opposite end sides of the inlet header and through which the fluid from the intermediate header can be discharged to the outside; and the solar heat collection portion includes a first superheating portion (2) which has a group of the heat transfer pipes connected between the inlet header (1) and the intermediate header (3) so as to form a center region of the solar heat collection portion, and second superheating portions (4,4) which have groups of the heat transfer pipes connected between the intermediate header (3) and the two outlet headers (5) so as to be formed on opposite sides of the first superheating portion (2) respectively.

    摘要: End support for parallel tubes of a superheater or reheater with a bend tubular portion, a linear tubular portion extending away from each end of the bend tubular portion, and a supporting member formed on a curved section of the bend tubular portion. The tubular portions form a connection between two consecutive parts of a fluid passage. In a preferred embodiment, the tubular portions and the supporting member are integrally formed, molded or cast of a suitable material, such as carbon steel, stainless steel, chromium-nickel alloy, or other suitable alloys that have high temperature strength and oxidation resistance. The supporting member is configured to securely attach the end support configuration to the wall support brackets on the wall support tube. Preferably, the supporting member and the wall support bracket slide on one another to provide relative movement between the superheater tubes and the wall support or boiler tubes.

    摘要: A boiler system for producing steam from water includes a plurality of serially arranged oxy fuel boilers. Each boiler has an inlet in flow communication with a plurality of tubes. The tubes of each boiler form at least one water wall. Each of the boilers is configured to substantially prevent the introduction of air. Each boiler includes an oxy fuel combustion system including an oxygen supply for supplying oxygen having a purity of greater than 21 percent, a carbon based fuel supply for supplying a carbon based fuel and at least one oxy-fuel burner system for feeding the oxygen and the carbon based fuel into its respective boiler in a near stoichiometric proportion. The oxy fuel system is configured to limit an excess of either the oxygen or the carbon based fuel to a predetermined tolerance. The boiler tubes of each boiler are configured for direct, radiant energy exposure for energy transfer. Each of the boilers is independent of each of the other boilers.
